Hello friends, all automotive lovers???
How is the condition of your motorcycle ignition, is it already like this??? Of course something like this is very concerning, right??
Not only oil, and injectors / carburetor which are fi servic, spool and magnet ignition are also necessary, even the damage to motor outputs above 2012 is almost fifty percent of the damage caused by ignition.
Dust does look very small and light, but dust is very dangerous for motor spools and magnets, especially dry magnets like today's motorcycles.
Another cause of dust sticking to the spool and magnet, which is not widely known by motorcycle users, especially women and mothers, which can make the battery easily overdrawn.
Of course the condition of the spool and magnet is dirty or rusty
The magnets are getting dirty like this 😱😱😱, it really looks like the user of this motorbike is not careful or doesn't pay attention to the state of the spool and the magnet of the motor.
This is very dangerous for the magnet itself and other ignition systems, such as charred wires, the battery runs out very quickly, and the walls inside the spool will erode over time.
The condition of the magnetic wall that is now visible is very clear that part of the wall has been eroded due to very thick dust.
Even though it is very easy to clean, and there are also many ways, you can also disassemble the entire spool and magnet.
And you can also open the radiator water cooling section, then spray the air using a compressor if you really don't want to bother dismantling the whole thing.
One of the causes of dirty spools and magnets that I have found is the starter dynamo, which is often damaged due to insufficient electricity.
The owner of the motorbike that I am servicing now, said that this was the fourth time that the dynamo of his motorbike was damaged and charred. Luckily, when it was brought to my workshop, I immediately became suspicious of the spool and magnet after hearing his complaint about the dynamo and the cable of the motorbike.
Unfortunately I didn't have time to take a picture of the magnet here after I cleaned it.
The spool looks like new again and there is no dirt at all.
Luckily, none of the bobbin windings were charred and scratched, only dirty caused by a pile of hardened dust.
It's clean to the maximum, just plug it back in and don't forget after everything is installed, check all the electricity for this motorbike.
