Here's my 23rd Splinterlands Guild Brawl Report for PIZZA 2 The Deep Dish.
It's the ✨🏅✨Gold Foil Chaos Legion Fray no.12✨🏅✨ for the 6th week in a row for me.
After keeping track of the past 5 weeks of results, which swung wildly from week to week, I shall just tally up the total wins/losses from now on as seen in the table below 😁. 📊📊📊

The totaled up results are actually quite surprising to me. It shows my win loss ratio as being pretty even overall. Of course, it doesn't account for HOW I win some of the fights though. I've realised that a fair number of them are from opponents who just gave up and did not even face me in battle. ⚔️⚔️⚔️
With that said, lets get down to a review of my battles, or in some cases where my opponent fled 🏃🏻💨 - non battles 😨.
I've joined the Pizza 2 Guild over at the PIZZA DISCORD and was introduced to the world of Guild Brawls in Splinterlands. It has been an interesting experience to say the least. 🎉🥳🎊
Guild Brawls are generally the same as Battles, but with some minor tweaks (of which I'll save for another day). Lets get right down to business as I analyze my brawls. 🧐⚔️🛡️
My choice of picking up the Gold Foil frays is to simply give the Guild a better chance at accumulating more wins, seeing especially that NONE of the Gold frays have been filled in the past few weeks (months?). Even if I were to lose everything and win just 1 match, it would definitely help in securing a better finishing position overall.

Luckily, I had to good sense to still capture a screenshots of the overall tables at least.

I finished with a win-loss ratio of 2 wins and 2 losses. 😱🥳🥇
Well, this week's results line up perfectly with my average win rate in the Gold Foil Fray 12 adventures thus far 😜. I'm still perfectly balanced on a 50% rate.
However, 2 wins were basically served on a platter to me. The opponent fled and I'll never know if I would have beaten them had they fielded their team 🤔😅. The 2 battles I did partake in resulted in a loss for me on the battlefield.
Even though I forgot to save the link to the battle, I do not remember any of those losses being a particularly close fight. That would probably mean I lost handily. Therefore, I do feel this overall win rate of 50% flatters me. Most of them are from opponents who fled. I'd assume some of them couldn't field the required Gold Foil team for that particular battle and just flat out conceded.
This is one of the reasons I feel it's important that Guilds are able to fill out all the frays - even the significantly "harder" Gold ones. It is very likely that most guilds (at our level) skip the Gold frays completely, or are unable to even field a team if they've got no Gold Foil Summoners. This therefore leads to a better overall score.

PIZZA 2 Guild managed to finish in 4th place! 🏆🏆🏆
We didn't manage to finish on the podium this time round. It seems our opponents were all pretty competitive. It wasn't that far off though. Just 3 more wins separated us from the 3rd placed team and we were significantly far ahead of the 5th placed team.
I think it's a good result overall. We had a decent win-loss rate and just missed out this time round. What matters is that we all took part and had a competitive shot at it.
