I'm getting more and more tired of these so-called "games" that have no gameplay.
DeFi Experience, Not a Game
DeFi Kingdoms is just another one of them, offering a dozen different ways to buy and stake tokens/NFTs but absolutely no compelling gameplay experiences.
It'd be fine if they tried. But there isn't even the pretense of an attempt to make a fun gameplay experience here. Who cares?
It bugs me because the entire project is presented in the package of a video game with different gameplay experiences. The entire marketing around the project is as if the game was a gameplay-first experience, talking about all the things you can do.
All you're doing is staking tokens and NFTs.
Play and Earn -- Where's the Play?
You can't play2earn, or "play-and-earn," or even just experience blockchain technology in any fun way whatsoever, if there's no gameplay in the game.
If you are here for interesting or fun games, you won't find it in DeFi Kingdoms.
