After every game in 2021 seemed to have the slowest development cycles of all time, it is very refreshing to see a lot of fast-paced development in early 2022.
Land Rush is one of the games pushing at this new breakneck pace. They seem to be adding new buildings or crafting systems on a weekly basis.
New Systems in Land Rush
First we had the addition of "shards" which allow us to upgrade our buildings and speed up tasks. Then came new buildings -- 3D Printers, Reactors, Smelters, and all manner of production facilities. These led to a new "Rover" creation that can be sent out on missions.
Now even more buildings join the game, with Trading Bazaars and Cantinas added into the mix.
I guess this is how a good idle game works -- you end up with so many different options for what to do that even a simple gameplay style turns into something interesting and complex.
Not a Spreadsheet Guy
I'm not much of a spreadsheet guy so I'm starting to get lost, I have no idea what the best strategy is anymore... I just keep on making water and food and trying to keep up to date :-P
How are you enjoying the current state of Land Rush? Do you think the updates are good?
