Hello Hiveans! Eggs are always a star during breakfast, so when this theme came up for Qurator's Top Chef this week, I am so happy to cook my all-time favorite breakfast the One-Pan Egg With Potatoes & Tomatoes.
I never see this dish served anywhere at any restaurants that I frequented so can only cook this at home if you want to eat this. No worries, anyone can cook this easily as it is very easy to cook with the normal ingredients that you can find at home, not to forget a very tasty dish. If you like egg, potato and tomato, this dish is definitely worth trying. So let's start cooking!
One-Pan Egg with Potatoes & Tomatoes
Ingredients
6 Eggs
1 Onion Diced
3 Potatoes Diced
2 Tomatoes Diced
Salt
White pepper
Black pepper
Paprika
Green Chilies
Coriander leaves
METHODS
Prepare and diced all vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan, then fry the potatoes until slightly brown.
Add the onions and stir until onions are tender.
Add tomatoes, mix well and leave to cook with lid on for 5 minutes.
Add white pepper and salt. Then add 1/2 cup water. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Add eggs one by one.
Cover pan with lid and leave to cook until egg is cooked to your desire.
Egg is slightly ready, now for spicy food lover like me, add those lovely green chilies, cover pan again and switch off fire.
Season with salt, ground black pepper, paprika and coriander leaves.
Wala! A Healthy Breakfast Set, One-Pan Egg served with flat bread and diced cucumber sprinkled with vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.
