At first they use the language of understanding, they use the technique of understanding
Once the business is done then everything changes, their language changes
Change in behaviours, change in choice of words
The whole process of communication changes, way of business changes.
They sold their product, now they have nothing to do with their product
We have to take the whole responsibility, they are forgetting about their responsibility
They are not responsible people, they are not emotionally invested people
They just care about their targets, listed targets.
Pitch is ready, selling points are ready
They have a sales goal, determined to achieve these goals
For achieving these goals they are taking the help of shortcuts, failed shortcuts
It's failed because they are disappointing their customers, they are losing customers.
At the time of selling point they pitch easy term, when people have complaints they are diving deep and coming up with complex terms
At the end of the day they are deceiving, now no one is believing
They got the point, time to change, but they don't want to change
At first easy terms, then comes the technical terms.
