We visited the Maastunnel in Rotterdam the Netherlands! This 1373 meter long tunnel was constructed between 1937 and 1942!
It has got two parts where cars can drive, one part has a bicycle lane and one part is for pedestrians! this picture was taken in the pedestrian part of the tunnel!
I wanted to create a spooky moody atmosphere so I cranked up the noise!
This is underneat the tunnel, where the pumps and maintenance are located!
Here are the controls for the pumps! I like the symmetry here!
And the pumps in case of a leak ore flood ore something!
Back up there was a nice window with a view on the Euro mast!
