There are times
(especially these days at least)
When it seems the ‘wheel of life’ is spinning
Out of control, throwing fire in all directions.
It is then that you/I need to sit down for a spell,
Regain your/my composure.
ᴵ ᵈᵒ ˢᴼ ʷᶦˢʰ ᶦᵗ ʷᵉʳᵉ ᵗʰᵃᵗ ᵉᵃˢʸ
Let those sparks fall around you/me, watch them sparkle,
See the beauty of the dance, then you/I can pick
Your/Myself up once more, and begin again.

The Wheel continues, with or without you or me;
Don’t think it is wrong to take some time;
Regard Your life. Look closely.
We tend to overthink things.
Reality is often much simpler than
We allow it to be.
Fireflies and Falling stars are
Beautiful,
Are they not?
Just sit Back and
Enjoy The Show.

I know this is a trying time for everyone.
Tomorrow I am going to do laundry, it will get me
Out of my house, off my private torment wheel,
And do something positive.
Laundry is POSITIVE?
But I will be at my niece's house, playing stand-in
Caregiver for her husband while she goes for some tests.
THAT, is surely positive.
