Since we love to cook and spend most of our time in the kitchen, we are very happy that we have the opportunity to participate in @qurator 's Hive Top Chef competition. This week's topic and required ingredients are berries.
A combination of sour berries and sweet chocolate is our favorite and it goes together perfectly. You can never go wrong with this.
We are bringing you the simple recipe for the most delicious muffins with wild berries and chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 60 g white sugar
- 20 g brown sugar
- 100 mL milk
- 125 mL oil (we use sunflower)
- 160 g flour
- 7 g baking powder
- wild berries
- chocolate
Preparation:
- Whisk the eggs.
- Add sugar and mix until it's foamy.
- Slowly add milk & oil and mix.
- Sift the flour & baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into molds.
- Put berries and bits of chocolate in each mold and push a little. Then put more on top.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 15 min.
