Всім привіт. Я знов беру участь у кулінарних змаганнях, які проводить Hive Top Chef. Цього тижня темою конкурсу є ягоди,@qurator/qurators-hive-top-chef-or-berries , з них можна приготувати багато десертів, випічки , ось і я пекла синові на день народження торт з ягодами.
Hello everybody. I am once again participating in culinary competitions organized by Hive Top Chef. This week the theme of the competition is berries @qurator/qurators-hive-top-chef-or-berries, you can make a lot of desserts, pastries, so I baked my son a birthday cake with berries.
Для тіста потрібно:
6 яєць
6 ст. л. муки
6 ст. л. цукру
- 5 ч. л. порошку до печива
пакетик ванільного цукру
дрібка солі.
Спосіб приготування : Яйця збиваємо з цукром. Додаємо дрібку солі, акуратно всипаємо і перемішуємо ложкою просіяну муку, з вимішаним порошком до печива.
Виливаємо у змащену форму тісто і випікаємо приблизно 40 хвилин.
The dough requires:
6 eggs
6 st. l. flour
6 st. l. sugar
- 5 tsp. powder to cookies
sachets of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar. Add a pinch of salt, carefully pour and mix with a spoon sifted flour with kneaded powder to cookies.
Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
Коли бісквіт спечеться і охолоне розрізаємо його на 2 частини: і перемазуємо кремом спочатку одну частину і зверху посипаємо ягодами тоді кладемо іншу , верх теж мастимо кремом і прикрашаємо за бажанням.
When the sponge cake is baked and cooled, cut it into 2 parts: and smear the cream first one part and sprinkle with berries on top then put another, the top is also smeared with cream and decorate as desired.
А крем ми готуємо так:
2 пачки сметани
пачка цукрової пудри
ягоди ( у мене полуниця і чорниця)
верх торт декорувала малиною і бананом, плюс листя меліси
Сметану збиваємо міксером з пудрою .
And we prepare the cream as follows:
2 packs of cream
a pack of powdered sugar
berries (I have strawberries and blueberries)
the top of the cake I decorated with raspberries and bananas, plus lemon balm leaves.
Whip the sour cream with a mixer with powder.
Торт вийшов дуже смачним гості залишилися задоволені і навіть не відмовились би від добавки 😉, але так як її не було , то обіцяла спекти ще раз такого торта!
The cake turned out very tasty, the guests were satisfied and would not even refuse the addition 😉, but since it was not there, I promised to bake such a cake again!
