I have great news for pepEntropy token holders. First we review some results from our PEPT community QIS token use case. You can look at this update as a pre-monthly-report where I review our token valuation and make a decision on the next Return-On-Capiatl (ROC).
Simple Valuation
OK, lets start with a pepEntropy account portfolio valuation.

I see a valuation of $297,872.196 USD which is equivalent to 1,145,662 Hive at 0.26 $USD per Hive.
With 10 million tokens in circulation that means one pepEntropy token is valued at 0.1146 Hives.

So based on that simple valuation we are trading at a fair price.
Income Streams
Looking at the latest account activities you can see some daily dividends and income from Market Maker Services.
In the snippet above, you see Market Maker Services remaining execution is at zero, so these will be updated for another 30 day cycle.
Our current income stream strategy is generating 40+ Hive monthly and is expected to increase.
Now we look at some Hive Layer 2 Token Holdings

I did a quick Cut/Paste into a Google Sheet and calculated an estimated value in Hive for three category.
And, I looked at the token Ricklist to normalize the data by excluding some PEPT system accounts as well as my personal account.

Now we have 3,597 Hives divided by 8,565 tokens which works out to 0.42 Hives per tokens. Almost four times higher than the current market value.
Total Holdings of div tokens - This is the current market value of layer 2 tokens held to collect income and additional tokens as dividend payments.
The Great News
The ROC for the month of May will be 250 SWAP.HIVE which is an 11.11% increase from the previous month.
Is this not a great looking chart? What you are seeing is the continued #FUN I am having playing the the Hive Layer 2 marketplace. My philosophy is to seek fun where the by-product of my learning and earning is higher disposable income. Not just for me but for all who hold my Qualitative Investment Strategy token. There is a lot more value coming so why is there not more Hivers taking a position in the fun?
Bonus - In the next few days I will announce a bonus dividend. This bonus dividend will be paid to accounts holding a minimum of 10 tokens. The payment will be in SWAP.HIVE and will be a one-time payment. I expect to distribute more bonuses going forward as long as our portfolio value continues its exceptional growth.
