Question: Would you know a good deal if you saw one?
Let us take a close look at a few snippets of data behind PEPT Sovereign Wealth Fund.
First the token datasheet.
1.0 Supply - There are 1,000,100 tokens in circulation. The maximum allowed to issue does not matter. Not at this moment. When the token was created I had to pick a number and I usually think very far ahead. If you spend too much cycle time thinking about how I can issue a bunch of tokens to devalue existing holders that would be #TooFuckeh thinking in my opinion. Don't judge and speculate on my best business practice based on fear and bad experience you had, that did not involve FJ or FJ World Inc. However, I do understand the need to be cautious cause I see reminders of bad business practices almost every day.

2.0 Website - The website link is the Project ePayTraffic community account you need to subscribe to. This is where we evaluate subscriber activities to determine potential revenue streams for holding SWF tokens. As an active supporter of the community, you are expected to hold at least one PEPTide token. Our community resource policy is to use a PEPT system account to purchase any PEPTide tokens on behave of subscribers who do not make such purchase. SWF is about growing and managing community resources. The proceeds from PEPTide are use to accumulate Hive for both liquidity and staking.
3.0 Token Precision - A token trade may be as small as 0.001 SWAP.HIVE

And now for some valuation.
The market capitalization, excluding the tokens held by PEPT-SWF account is 8,270.26 tokens at a price of 0.64 Hive. This works out to $127.56 US$ That is not very much so lets compare it to a book valuation.
First, the portfolio portion. The number in the spreadsheet may differ a bit from the image below which is a minor impact on the total valuation.

The liquid Hive is the amount in the wallet not shown in the portfolio.
The Total Book Value is calculated at $518.66 and is shown as two different valuation. Hive Book Value 1 is the Total Book value divided by the total number of tokens in circulation. Hive Book Value 2 is based on excluding the tokens held by the PEPT-SWF account.
So HBV1 is 0.0022 Hive while HBV2 is 0.2602 Hive.
The next snippet shows the current trading order book. You can see that PEPT-SWF has a buy order of 10,000 tokens at 0.0022 Hive. SWF policy is to maintain buy orders sufficient to buy back all the tokens it does not currently hold. The HBV1 buy order is managed by PEPT-SWF account.
Currently, you can buy some tokens at 0.064 which is around a 75% discount to HBV2.
So Now What do you think?
Going forward, our PEPT Qualitative Investment Strategy account, pepEntropy will provide a market marker service for our SWF token. This is important to ensure that our PEPT community subscribers and token holders are able to buy and sell at a fair market price. pepEntropy will place buy orders above HBV1 to give some sellers an opportunity for profit or unload as they see fit for their own goals and objectives. This market maker service doesn't exist for many project tokens. Remember that when comparing SWF to another Hive Layer 2 token.
So, is buying a Sovereign Wealth Fund token a good deal?
