had to write this morning, just felt the rainy day energies take over and also to lock in concrete how my fatigue was lifting, i think i only woke like twice last night, that last jab was a slow burn one for me, got nothing in the first 48hrs and then boom in the middle of the week i was so tired, it really levelled me out as my immune system kicked in — happy to be on the other side of that now thou.
mRNA made me it’s bitch for a moment there.
rainy sunday here, feels nice and cool, humid of course, but cooler, i know it looks like we might get a bit of a heatwave here in the next few weeks, i know it’s gonna be in the seventies (weak i know) at some point this week, i kinda dig it in many ways, certainly a sprinting week for me i’m expecting now my focus has returned.

i’m so glad that you got some doggo time, i think you are the most happiest when you have some pets around to love onto and they give love back — i can totally see us with our own animals on some land or in a van en route to somewhere, we both gotta start applying our manifesting energy whays right?
You are crushing that course, i thought about what you said about how much you was getting done when it should be taking longer, like you’ve literally condensed that stuff down and blasted through it — i know it’s certainly opened up a new world to you and i’ve been loving the progress.
you should totally make that pretend app and actual app, i bet someone on fiverr can turn that into like react native or something, maybe run it on meteor as a web app that has a mobile view.
got myself all flat white squad mode over here this morning, when the rain stops i’m thinking of getting some steps in, gotta fill up on ancient waters anyway and it’s kick start zingy lime times today so that i’m fresh and ready for the week ahead — eyes on the prize(s) hunny, everything else is a distraction either side of it.
cryptos are moving up again, can’t tell if it’s a fake pump from lots of fake money getting put into the system or a real pump, i’m expecting people to get KO’d by it anyway. Regardless, i still hold onto hope that our old stack starts to see some love, it’s been getting a bunch of 110% boosts on and off in the last few weeks, only need it to keep popping and all short term near plans can be satisfied!
still in a little bit of a holding pattern of what to use to write out this book, tempted to pay that $10 for the template for figma and just jump into figma and get going, not like the way i expected to get started in that but at least i’d have some momentum, if i have to build my own out in another app i need to consider text sizes and output and yada yada, i did consider doing it in keynote but i’m not sure if “this is the way”
Oooo, just remembered it’s lotus flower day today, so new episode tomorrow morning, really got into that show, came out of left field but i love the vibe of it, i know you do too. Little bit of up to date real world reality never get’s wasted on us right hunny?
bought some heavy duty bin bags this week (come get ya black bin bags, on offer till september!!!) so i’m gonna start FILLING them things so i can do some runs, ideally midweek and weekend time until i’m at a comfortable level of SHIZ, then i can start to stack those spaces with TINS and supplies — i think it’s because i got a fresh supply of WIPES and N00DS this week i can see what it would be like to have STOCKS.
also gonna try and get back on track with those daily vitamins, i’ve been slacking a bit on that, maybe a little too cold turkey and i need to give my immune system a boost, it’s been through a lot in the last week, need to show it a little love.. ..
. … also that bed rebuild is never far from my mind, maybe once the proper clean down is done in the short term i’ll have space to put things to motivate me to do the work, i’ve got the transportation for work/supplies — i just need tools and some youtube videos to watch and i’m off to the races, wanna have that done before winter comes, gonna be savage one i think — certainly always mentally planning for extreme hot or cold.
really focused on that daily activity mode now, if i can just get in two hour sprints in the morning or a quick power nap and then two hour sprint, around lunch when you wake up then i’d have that book really moving, i’ve got a clear idea of what needs to go out.. .

like literally just getting those off my back and really doubling down on those should give me the momentum to start making more themes, hook myself up a stream deck for theme layouts for new courses and start to increase those monthly numbers — just gotta try and keep this focus momentum up, maybe i need to be more accountable to it somehow each day.
i know you know how this all is, all dependant on good sleep, good food, quality exercise, shutting down the FU voice sitting on the other shoulder telling you otherwise, time wasting on side hobby doom scrolling — being mad about it doesn’t help, it’s just a redirection of energy that could have been used elsewhere to achieve right?
Ok, that’s enough rabbit for me for today, gonna take another look at that theme pack, grab a copy of figma and see where we can start from today, i’ve got some sections, but i need to pad that e-book more, ideally, i’d like to make the biggest and best book out there because i know little exist and having that bestselling course and not a digital product upsell is kinda dumb!
