ok so maybe the machine that is me is not well oiled at the moment and certainly needs some help and fitness upgrades but heck, mind over matter and all that you can achieve anything, you just set ya feet on the path straight forward and go.
even my book started with the title today “get out and walk” i was already going to do that but it was just that extra incentive to do so. I’m writing this knowing that i’ve got 11 minutes because all my clothes will be done in the dryer.
like i said, well oiled machine this morning.
not the best sleeps but that’s because of the bed situation, still not right, think it’s just years and years of those foams just not giving any support whatsoever, those are temporary setups, need to fix that up STAT. throw them all out, put a base and a topper on and see where are at.

at least then i can maybe build on the struts idea i had and go up, heat rises right, so let’s be up where the heat is instead of window level, got plans for those as well, all temporary thou because i don’t wanna do too much here, just fill with backup tinned foods that last years, some security, bed and then all the cupboards empty or full of ramen ;)
then travelling can begin without a concern for it. ya know what i mean? :)
so yeah, boy realised this morning that he could not have a shower until the towels were washed so i got military precision with the timings of the wash and dry, put some steps between the first wash and the second dry and refilled ancient water and pumped the water bottle to the sky — it could end up being a daily thing that.
seven more minutes and i can retrieve my clothes and towels, let them air a little more and maybe then get a shower in later or in the morning, whenever is not a problem, i’m kinda laser focused in after the walk now to write to you and to execute on the six hour plan i wrote out yesterday morning that never happened for reasons that you know.
kettle is on, clothes need retrieving. give me a few minutes while i go and do that (can you tell that i’m already on one today and i’ve only had coffee, water and exercise)
ok, i’m back and everything is hung up drying now ;)
and it’s just around 9:30am, he’s absolutely crushing the day so far, ha!
kettle on, coffee #2 coming up, already had the morning movement so we are light, loose and exercised, time for some breakfast real soon. even had a little bit of meditation as the washing machine had it’s final spin and the whole room was vibrating after my walk, it was intense..
lanacane stuff was really good btw, cleaned it up real good, all perfect timing for showers and such like, gonna feel fresh as a daisy later on today (or morning, not decided yet) as i’ve got these few days to run at.
seriously wanna start switching up the food side now, ideally to make sunday my food/meal prep day — can’t do anything yet without the containers and the mini fridge or freezer — but once in place, you can be sure that i’m gonna be a learn, clean machine for a while, i want to do it rather than just need.
i know the week has been a bit random, realise that does not help the spatial stuff and gets us a little out of sync but just know that i’m doing ok, exercising, trying to eat better, making moves where i can, for the thing i need here in the short term but always thinking of the mid to longer terms and that always involves you and us. just know that.
last month was a little scary financially and i’m not sure even how that happened but i’m totally aware that at the end of next month it’s like six weeks of summer time so i want to get the most out of that but also see mini poppet a bunch too — so it’s just level up and focus times.
