[ENG/ESP] Creative Makeup./Maquillaje Creativo.

Doing creative makeup is still a great challenge for me. The thing is that besides having a good technique, it is also necessary to have a solid formation about colorimetry or color theory to be able to create an authentic and original makeup with optimal results. I am still working on it and I feel that I am not even on the first step that leads to the top, which is to be able to execute a perfect makeup. Today I did a practice run and it was all very impromptu and I applied a little bit of the cut technique (which I still don't handle very well) and also some artistic.

Hacer un maquillaje creativo sigue siendo un gran reto para mi. El caso es que además de manejar una buena técnica también es necesario tener una formación sólida acerca de la colorimetría o teoría del color para poder crear un maquillaje auténtico y original y con óptimos resultados. Aún sigo trabajando en ello y siento que ni siquiera estoy en el primer peldaño que conduce a la cima que es poder ejecutar un maquillaje perfecto. Hoy día realicé una práctica y todo fue muy improvisado y apliqué un poco de la técnica de cortes (que aún no manejo muy bien) y también algo de artístico.

After doing my eyebrows I applied concealer on the fixed eyelid and applied fuchsia shadow making a semicircle which I then wiped off at the base to make a cut. I then applied concealer over the semicircle that originated under the fuchsia color and then applied orange shadow degrading the color towards the yellow tones in the direction of the tear trough.

Después de hacerme las cejas apliqué corrector en el párpado fijo y apliqué sombra fucsia realizando un semicírculo que después limpie en la base para hacer un corte. Luego apliqué corrector sobre el semicírculo que se originó debajo del color fucsia y luego apliqué sombra naranja degrandando el color hacia los tonos amarillos en dirección al lagrimal.

I applied green eye shadow on the tear line towards the mobile eyelid and at the end of the eyelid and reserved the central part of the mobile eyelid where I applied yellow eye shadow. For the other eye I applied the same pattern on the upper part of the eyelid.

Apliqué sombra verde en el lagrimal en dirección hacia el párpado móvil y al final del mismo y reservé la parte central del párpado móvil dónde apliqué sombra color amarillo. Para el otro ojo aplique el mismo patrón se la parte superior del párpado.

Apply purple shadow on the outer part of the eyelid and from the center to the tear line apply blue shadow with a touch of shimmer. On the lower lash line I applied green and blue respectively and black eyeliner pencil on the waterline which I then sealed with shadow. I made small hearts in red, yellow and orange colors.

Aplique sombra morada sobre la parte externa del párpado móvil y desde el centro hacia el lagrimal aplique sombra azul con un toque de brillo. En la línea de las pestañas inferiores aique.verde y azul respectivamente y lápiz delineador negro en la línea del agua que luego sellé con sombra. Realicé unos pequeños corazones en colores rojo, amarillo y naranja.

For those I applied red eyeliner and red lipstick and lastly some glitter. I know there are many things to improve in this makeup and it is my commitment to myself and you will be the witnesses of my progress in this process. Bye Bye.

Para los apliqué delineador rojo y labial rojo y por último algo de glitter. Se que hay muchas cosas que mejorar en este maquillaje y es mi compromiso conmigo misma y ustedes serán los testigos de mi avance en este proceso. Chao Chao.
