Sometimes you wanna go out but don't wanna look "no effort" but also don't want to look "too much" either so something in between. Wearing foundation feels heavy in my opinion, but also quite the same as wearing a skin tint. Recently, I just found out about The Saem concealer and cos it doesn't feel heavy, it's perfect for a no foundation look. :D
I started with brows which is an important step cos it shapes the face haha. I tried doing a laminated eyebrow but I struggled with doing it cos it just looks weird. It either dries too quick or not very symmetrical with the other eyebrow lol. Although it may be the freshest if you do it right and if that's your thing. :D
Then The SAEM concealer on the undereyes and on some dark spots. There's nothing much for me to cover thankfully but my dark spots beside my lips somewhat became too obvious, maybe it became darker as I grew older? Dunno, but I remember a friend whom I've been with the past 7 years was like "what are those dark spots? What happened?" and I was like, "dude it has been there since I was 7 or 8" lol.
The concealer under the eyes really brighten up the whole face even though you just put it there. :P
Then using this Pixi blush then blending it with a brush or finger. It makes it look so natural cos it's sheer.
Also you know I've been avoiding reds on my skin cos of my undertone? This red looks natural on me though which I'm happy about.
Then set the concealer with a loose powder. And also to put on the Tzone - areas where it would get oily easily.
Then I'm using this Meilinda eyeshadow stick. Eyeshadow sticks or creams are also a better choice for a more natural look than the powders since they just look sheer once they've set.
I really like this one and I got it from Thailand when I went to Eve And Boy and apparently it's popular there too. There's a LOT of really good Thai brands hence I checked them out and I'm really glad I did. :D
Using Peripera stick to add some glitters. :D
This Judydoll contour palette has been what I've been using lately. A really good Chinese brand and I'm glad they're slowly becoming popular. :D
Then using a brown eyeliner so it would be subtle.
This highlighter in the shade Mesmerize by Rare Beauty looks so good in pink and bronze look. I like that it's so subtle as well, just a very natural look but if you want a more obvious highlight then this product isn't for that.
I just added the highlight on my cheeks, nose and just below the eyebrows.
The lip combo is Romand lip tint in Almond Rose and a Fenty lip gloss in Fu$$y.
And this is the result. :D It's almost a no-makeup makeup look although I had a glitter on the eyelids.
