Happy halloween dear hivers.
Makeup and tell me a horror story, is a challenge proposed by the #makeuppower community in honor of halloween, is to create a terrifying character with makeup and tell a story that includes it, in my participation I wrote a micro story about a spectrum with infernal appearance, which stalks lonely people, an evil entity that adheres to their lives to wear them down and then take their soul.
Algo me acecha. || Something's stalking me.
El día inicio como de costumbre, desperté, me alisté para ir al trabajo, regresé a mi departamento a descansar de mi rutina como siempre lo hago, al día siguiente hice lo mismo vivía atrapada en una rutina, pero algo no se sentía igual ese día al regresar del trabajo no me sentí tan sola, fue como si algo me acompañará aunque no pudiera verlo.
The day started as usual, I woke up, I got ready to go to work, I went back to my apartment to rest from my routine as I always do, the next day I did the same thing I lived trapped in a routine, but something didn't feel the same that day when I returned from work I didn't feel so alone, it was as if something was with me even though I couldn't see it.
Pasaron varios días y no desaparecía esa sensación de acecho, pensé que tal vez era mi mente cansada de la soledad y la extenuante vida que llevaba, sin embargo un día nuevo inicio y era todo diferente sentí esa presencia aun más cerca de mi ya no era solo una compañía que me seguía de camino a casa, todo cambio cosas extrañas me sucedían constantemente, dejaba algo en un lugar y al ir por ello ya no estaba, sentía susurrar mi nombre a cada momento y, un ligero.
¡Quiero, quiero!
Several days went by and that lurking feeling did not disappear, I thought maybe it was my mind tired from the loneliness and the exhausting life I was leading, however one day I started again and it was all different I felt that presence even closer to me, it was no longer just a company that followed me on my way home, everything changed, strange things happened to me constantly, I left things in one place and when I went to get them they were gone, I felt my name whispered at every moment and, a light.
I want, I want!
Dormir era una tarea imposible, me sentía vigilada por una presencia invisible, aunque un día logré ver una sombra junto a mi cama no presté mucha atención porque ese día fue agotador y pudo ser todo producto del cansancio.
Un buen día decidida me propuse averiguar que estaba pasando, estuve alerta todo el día, todo parecía haber vuelto a la normalidad mi aburrida vida sin sorpresas regresó, no sentí alguna presencia extraña, todo estaba en su lugar y fui a la cama dispuesta a descansar, logré dormir unas cuantas horas hasta que un susurro me despertó.
¡Quiero, quiero!
Sleeping was an impossible task, I felt watched by an invisible presence, although one day I managed to see a shadow next to my bed I did not pay much attention because that day was exhausting and could be all a product of fatigue.
One fine day I decided to find out what was going on, I was alert all day, everything seemed to be back to normal my boring life without any surprises coming back, I didn't feel any strange presence, everything was in its place and I went to bed ready to rest, I managed to sleep a few hours until a whisper woke me up.
I want, I want!
Por suerte no cerré la puerta por completo y un poco de luz lograba entrar a la habitación, abrí los ojos lentamente y allí estaba junto a mi cama, pude ver a mi acechador, tenía una apariencia espectral, postura encorvada, ojos oscuros como la noche, largas uñas que rasgaban el espaldar de mi cama, piel con heridas sangrantes y me estaba viéndome sabía que podía verlo mostraba sus dientes disfrutando de mi temor, lo vi unos breves minutos y desapareció no pude dormir el resto de la noche.
Luckily I didn't close the door completely and some light managed to enter the room, I opened my eyes slowly and there I was by my bed, I could see my stalker, I had
spectral appearance, he had a hunched over posture, eyes dark as night, long nails ripping the back of my bed, skin with bleeding wounds and he was looking at me I knew I could see him showing his teeth enjoying my fear, I saw him for a few minutes and he disappeared I could not sleep the rest of the night.
Los días pasaron y a pesar de no volver a ver esa presencia demoniaca, lo sentía especialmente al ir a dormir estoy segura que me hace compañía cuando intento descansar. No se aparta de mi lado, mi soledad paso al olvido, a menudo me quejaba de mi elección de vida, de haberme entregarme por completo al trabajo y no vivir plenamente, quería sentirme acompañada pero no de esta manera, ya no puedo descansar siento que esa presencia al decir ¡Quiero, quiero! se refiere a mi, desea tenerme no se para que y me atemoriza descubrirlo.
Los días se han vuelto largos cada vez que llega la hora de dormir no quiero entrar en la habitación, es el lugar donde su presencia es más viva, siento que su propósito es evitar que descanse hasta llegar al punto de perder todas mis fuerzas y no poder defenderme. Temo que algún día logre su propuso, estoy cansada de esta situación de sentirme acechada sin saber cuando atacará, a pesar de mi miedo.
The days passed and although I never saw that demonic presence again, I felt it especially when I went to sleep I am sure it keeps me company when I try to rest. It does not leave my side, my loneliness passed into oblivion, I often complained about my choice of life, having given myself completely to work and not living fully, I wanted to feel accompanied but not in this way, I can no longer rest I feel that this presence when I say I want, I want! refers to me, wants to have me I do not know why and I am afraid to discover it.
The days have become long every time it's time to sleep I don't want to go into the room, it's the place where his presence is most alive, I feel that his purpose is to prevent me from resting until I reach the point of losing all my strength and not being able to defend myself. I fear that one day I will achieve his proposal, I am tired of this situation of feeling stalked without knowing when he will attack, despite my fear.
Tonight I am ready to face him!
