Los piercings son un accesorio más, así como lo pueden ser los anillos, collares o zarcillos; lo que nunca te dicen es lo complicado que puede ser maquillarse con ciertos piercings de la cara y esto es algo que aprendí a la mala prácticamente.
Hace una semana me abrí el Labret, el cuál va debajo del labio inferior; este piercing es de curación rápida, sin embargo, se debe mantener una higiene bucal bastante estricta debido a la cantidad de bacterias que hay en la boca como en las comidas que pueden infectar la perforación.
Piercings are just another accessory, just as rings, necklaces or earrings can be; what they never tell you is how complicated it can be to make up with certain face piercings and this is something I learned the hard way practically.
A week ago I opened the Labret, which goes under the lower lip; this piercing is fast healing, however, you must maintain a fairly strict oral hygiene due to the amount of bacteria in the mouth as in food that can infect the piercing.
Desde que me abrí este piercings no me he maquillado, mucho menos pintado los labios, lo máximo ha sido hidratante porque con la inflamación se me han resecado bastante y es desagradable; tengo una mala experiencia con este tema debido a que cuando me abrí el Nostril, al estar en la nariz, mucho maquillaje caía en la perforación aparte del sudor como las bacterias que están normalmente en el aire así que se me infectó un poco, incluso me salió un pequeño granuloma y fue un proceso bastante tedioso como tardío, tuve que esperar mucho para colocarme la pieza que quería que es la que uso actualmente.
Con esta perforación del labio ha sido diferente porque ha sanado muy bien, de todas mis perforaciones es la que mejor ha reaccionado pero eso no le resta la delicadeza de una perforación; ayer quise maquillarme porque tenía que salir a una reunión especial, hice lo imposible para que ningún resto de maquillaje cayera en el Labret, sin embargo, sentía que me faltaba color en los labios y con mucho miedo, delicadeza y precisión me pinté los labios como pude sin afectar a la perforación.
Since I opened this piercing I have not made up, much less painted my lips, the most has been moisturizer because with the inflammation I have dried out a lot and it is unpleasant; I have a bad experience with this issue because when I opened the Nostril, being in the nose, a lot of makeup fell into the piercing apart from the sweat as the bacteria that are normally in the air so I got a little infected, I even got a small granuloma and it was a rather tedious process as late, I had to wait long to place the piece I wanted which is the one I use now.
With this lip piercing it has been different because it has healed very well, of all my piercings it is the one that has reacted the best but that doesn't take away the delicacy of a piercing; yesterday I wanted to put makeup on because I had to go out to a special meeting, I did the impossible so that no makeup would fall on the Labret, however, I felt that I lacked color on my lips and with much fear, delicacy and precision I painted my lips as I could without affecting the piercing.
Debo admitir que este piercing me encanta desde hace muchos años y me gustaba como se me veía porque tenía ciertas piezas falsas, pero cuando me maquillé completa y me vi con el piercing, entendí que fue una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado en mi vida con respecto a mi apariencia; siento que el piercing encaja perfecto con mi rostro y me veo como siempre me he querido ver.
Considero que este piercing realza mucho más lo bonito de mis labios y hasta los hace ver un poco más simétricos como sexys; ya quiero que sane por completo para cambiar la pieza que quiero y apreciar cómo se verá el resultado final.
I must admit that I have loved this piercing for many years and I liked the way I looked because I had certain fake pieces, but when I did a full make up and saw myself with the piercing, I understood that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life regarding my appearance; I feel that the piercing fits perfectly with my face and I look the way I have always wanted to look.
I consider that this piercing enhances much more the beauty of my lips and even makes them look a little more symmetrical and sexy; I already want it to heal completely to change the piece I want and appreciate how the final result will look like.
Así que, consejo, si se van a hacer un piercing en la cara y utilizan maquillaje, tengan muchísimo cuidado con ello porque son más propensos a sufrir infecciones y si no son tratadas a tiempo o de la forma adecuada, pueden llegar a deformar la perforación al punto que deban retirarla.

So, advice, if you are going to get a face piercing and use makeup, be extremely careful with it because they are more prone to infections and if they are not treated in time or in the right way, they can deform the piercing to the point that you have to remove it.
