After enjoying the stunning landmarks and the awesome views of Siena for one full bright and partially sunny late autumn day, I had to get back to the parking lot after the sunset. Crossing back the narrow, sometimes cozy, despite the fact that some of those streets are fully covered by stone pavement was very pleasant and enjoyable as it was a rather warm afternoon on that day.
I've seen many people on the streets at that time, probably enjoying the last warm nights before the winter.
Some of the street bar had people, others, not so many ;)
Yes, one could say it is warm by the hanging drying laundry outdoors :)
Also, the potted plants and flowers, are outside as well.
People, calmly returning home after the grocery shopping.
Home and street lights, casting that warm shades on everything around...
Making almost everything looking warmly-monochromatic, making the mind even more peaceful...
Even the noise coming from the engine of a passing lone motorcycle sounds relaxing!
And the closed church on the hill is the last port to the sailing eyes of the wandering pedestrian...
Who wouldn't like such a long and warm colored night walk within that quarter of Siena, such a beautiful European treasure? :)
