We decided to take the initiative, to explore one of the old factory and mine areas of the Marianao municipality. This thanks to a friend. Hola amigos de la Colmena, es bueno tenerlos de vuelta por acá. En esta ocasión, les traigo una nueva exploración urbana. Que junto a mi equipo, conformado por mi esposo y amistades. Decidimos tomar la iniciativa, de explorar una de las antiguas zonas de fábrica y minas del municipio Marianao. Esto gracias a una amiga. Quien fue una excelente guía en esta aventura, la cual les reseño por partes.

Sobre las 10:30 am, nuestro equipo comienza a desplazarse hacia la zona en cuestión. Partiendo desde el antiguo barrio de Pogolotti, atravesamos por un antiguo vertedero que se conecta al bosque. Tristemente no pudimos seguir explorando, debido a que una de las cuevas había sido intervenida por gente, que la volvieron su vivienda. Además de la particular advertencia de una señora mayor, que nos alejó de este sector.

Pasando ese momento tan intenso, seguimos hasta toparnos con los puntos finales de nuestra excursión. Una finca maderera, una antigua fábrica en ruinas; a la cual lamentablemente no pudimos entrar porque se encontraba custodiada, y el último puente de la aventura, que da con una preciosa cascada. Dónde decidimos descansar de tan agotador viaje.
