I was writing a post about how I made the name Young Boss Karin when I got a notification that my brother had @belemo had written a post about me. This was after @young-boss-karin (my sister) had written her own post and included my name in it too.
Same title...different people. It had me confused as to what was going on. Then I went to scan through @belemo's post and saw why I was being mentioned by both of them. My favorite people had penned down these thoughts about me for competition.
Nothing is as sweet as a Hive Naija competition
I say nothing because these things basically write themselves, I can't lie to you, and for a post like this, I'm just freestyling and writing as it comes.
Without Further Ado!!
@bhoa
I remember joining Steemit after @bhoa convinced me and other medical students like @weirdestwolf, @gamsam, @topdollar001, and others to join it because it was the next biggest thing in the world.
He told me to write an introduction and I did...but I sucked, so I wrote a short 100-word piece that didn't get any upvotes.
@bhoa has been my money guide and it's been really cool having someone guide me to making money and always willing to help out.
He is kind of like a brother to me, seeing as we met like 8 years ago. So he is on my list.
@belemo
When I met belemo I had just been born, I was like gaga gu gu gu gaga. I meant there is some gaga gew making me go gaga here! Belemo was a Facebook poster back then. He used to post long posts on Facebook and get so many likes. I think That is why he hates Facebook now with so much passion.
I can't wrap my mind around how much he would have made if he was posting on Steemit all those times Facebook was a hit. He probably would have millions in USD by now.
@belemo motivates me to keep on posting, the reason being that he has so much and he still works like he has so little. That's the beauty of the hustle, I guess.
@young-boss-karin
Watch out for my next post...I made the name young boss Karin. It is basically about how I made the lame-ass name for my younger sister cause I didn't think being creative on Steemit was of any importance at the time.
I also was lazy as fuck with everything at some point that period...I don't know why. I know I use to make money on Open mic every week but Jesus christ mehn!! I didn't like putting in any effort.
As of writing this now, I'm exactly 448 words in. That would have killed me in the past. My sister was hustling Oriflame and she was making little success. When she channeled all her energy into hive she started making a lot...plus she's my sister and I love her, so she's my favorite.
who else?
I've had conversations with @gentleshaid and he really calmed my anxiety about #stemsocial so he made his way into my list. He is yet another person who has made profit off this system and really motivates me to get more out of it too.
To everyone who made it this far into the post...thank you for stopping by, you're my favorite too.
Comment I made it this far and I'll gift you a little something from the bottom of my heart!
Remember to reblog my post also and add your name to those who upvoted the post.
