I have wanted to do this for quite some time. Both cover this song, and make a video with guitar AND flute.
I had to use a second phone to do this, and lining up the two videos was absolutely grueling (I use iMovie on my phone for all video production)...so it will probably be a while before I do it again, but I'm happy enough with the results to share them.
This was recorded using:
- two iPhones,
- a Seagull Acoustic Guitar,
- & the Ramos Quena.
I have never played this song before, but I've listened to it many times over the years. I site read chords and lyrics from a website, and impovised the flute part. Editing took far longer than recording, but I suppose that's how it goes!
