Already at the beginning we have a very delicate topic in human relationships and is that betrayal is the destructive behavior par excellence of friendships, families and couples. This can happen for several reasons, by necessity, by intimidation, by severe difficulty to solve and face conflicts and by a deep lack of connection with own and other people's emotions.
We have all been betrayed at some time and also without realizing it and/or without wanting to, we have betrayed someone. The taste is very bitter and can leave us with psychic traumas that can take time to heal.... I think that one of the most difficult betrayals to overcome is the betrayal of a partner, it causes a very strong damage that leads the affected person to the path of resentment and revenge.
Linkin Park recently reunited, released a new album after 7 years since the death of legend Chester Bennington and the family of the deceased attacked the band for continuing and not “respecting” Chester's legacy or memory. They (Chester's family) felt betrayed but life goes on and the road does not end for this band that now has a new singer who has proven to live up to the fans' expectation.
My presentation today consists of 2 Linkin Park songs; the 1st is from when Chester was alive and rocking like never before and the 2nd is with singer Emily Armstrong the current frontwoman of the band. Hola familia de Hive y del Hive Open Mic, es un placer estar con ustedes una vez más para rockear y hablar sobre la temática que nos une esta semana la cual lleva por título "El Sabor de la Traición"...
Ya de inicio tenemos un tema bastante delicado en las relaciones humanas y es que la traición es la conducta destructora por excelencia de amistades, familias y parejas. Esta puede darse por varios motivos, por necesidad, por amedrentamiento, por dificultad severa para resolver y enfrentar conflictos y por una profunda falta de conexión con las emociones propias y ajenas.
Todos hemos sido traicionados alguna vez y también sin darnos cuenta y/o sin querer, hemos traicionado a alguien. El sabor es muy amargo y nos puede dejar traumas psíquicos que pueden tardar tiempo en sanar... Creo que una de las traiciones más difíciles de superar es la de pareja, esta causa un daño muy fuerte que lleva al afectado al camino del rencor y la venganza.
Hace poco Linkin Park se reunió, sacó nuevo disco luego de 7 años desde la muerte de la leyenda Chester Bennington y la familia del fallecido atacó a la banda por continuar y no "respetar" el legado o la memoria de Chester. Ellos (la familia de Chester) se sintieron traicionados pero la vida sigue y el camino no termina para esta banda que ahora cuenta con una nueva cantante que ha demostrado estar a la altura de la expectativa de los fans.
Mi presentación de hoy consta de 2 canciones de Linkin Park; la 1era es de cuando Chester vivía y rockeaba como nunca y la 2da, es con la cantante Emily Armstrong la frontwoman actual de la banda.
