Estimada comunidad de músicos, instrumentistas, compositores y amantes de la música en general. En esta semana 251 de Hive Open Mic, la temàtica es "High School" (Liceo o Secundaria). Por ello les traigo este tema que conozco desde mi niñez, cuando uno en los radios del hogar - que eran amplitud modulada - mi madre, de espíritu romántico, colocaba una emisora llanada "La Voz de la Victoria", desde la cual se difundía este tipo de melodías que llegaban al corazón y tocaban la fibra de los sentimientos.

La canción lleva por nombre "Luto en el alma" y es una composición original del talentoso Manny Delgado, quien era al fallecer presidente de SACVEN (Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de Venezuela), quien dio un importante respaldo a los hermanos Hoyer, de la pequeña localidad de Morón, ubicada en el estado Carabobo en Venezuela. Permitió a esta agrupación - que fue bautizada con el nombre de "Los Terrícolas" y que emulaba lo que hacían "Los Ángeles Negros" - el éxito tanto en Venezuela como en el resto de Sudamérica, también Centroamérica, Norteamérica y España.
