Hello Wonderful people and welcome to Hive open mic week 275. I count it a privilege to be part of this week's competition. Kudos to the leadership of this community for giving us the opportunity to participate. This week I will love to sing a cover
of CeCe Winans' "goodness of God" the song was released in the year 2021.
The song " the goodness of God" has blessed me in no small way, the mercy of God never fails, looking back I've seen how the Lord delivered me from so many dangers that might've befallen me if not for his intervention, he's been a father and a friend, I literally lived in his goodness, so why won't I sing of the goodness of God? I will always sing and glorify his name, this reminds me of the scripture that says, " if not for God's mercy we would've been consumed"( paraphrasing) so his mercy has kept us all this while, am actually singing from the bottom of my heart wish you can join me to sing of the goodness of God. Pounder on his protection, provisions, love, forgiveness, mercy et cetera, are they not worth giving thanks ? A song writer says "count your blessings name them one by one".
