What a Rainy Chooseday!

Guess what? I love it! 🌧☔️ It was rather cloudy when we woke up this morning. It didn't get rainy until around mid-morning. Then, it seemed to go on throughout the day. Oh how I missed this type of weather! 😃😄 I'm thankful for today!

I seemed to have missed out mentioning that I worked on another experimental dinner last night. This time around, it's not fish fillet. Whew! Well, we decided to cook the leftover frozen shrimps. I tried my hand on my version of spicy garlic butter shrimps.

It was quite simple. I melted some butter, added garlic powder, some chili powder (we actually ran out of this), bit of red wine. I mixed them well and boiled a bit to reduce the wine. Then I added the thawed shrimps. Before the cooking is done, I added some chili oil. Thankfully, we have this ingredient on the side as I did run out of chili powder. LOL! Mmmm it was yummy!

I was a bit busy with paper work earlier that I managed to complete LL before moving to the next site. I'm like 90% of my goal by now. I'm excited to convert to cash again soon.

At 1.5K I have exceeded my monthly goal on FAFY. Today I got lucky and found all three prized pages on the block ad clicks.

I'm working on this as I'm waiting for the chicken curry dinner that I'm cooking on the side. LOL! There I go again with multitasking. I hope it turns out well.

Midweek is coming! WooHoo! It's still rainy as of this writing. It's gonna be cool weather tonight. Love it! I hope to sleep well so I'll rush tasks to be able to finish earlier too. LOL! Good night from Manila. See you on my next #LarryIsAlive post.. Ciao!
