Las criptomonedas y la Blockchain nacieron para ser un sistema alternativo y anónimo. Años después todos los métodos de pago en la Blockchain tienen KYC como método de identificación y seguimiento del individuo. Por suerte Distriator mantiene el espíritu original de Descentralización y anonimato. Parece algo normal pero sin embargo no lo es. Estuve en LaBitconf éste año y las cripto están perdiendo el espíritu revolucionario. Todos los proyectos son centralizados y con estructura corporativa. Se llaman comunidades, pero tienen que contratar personal para sus Stands. En LaBitconf nuestro grupo era el más grande por amplia diferencia. En Argentina hay mucho interés por las crypto pero aún teniendo una comunidad muy pequeña es mucho más activa que la de cualquier otro proyecto, con más convocatoria y compromiso.

Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain were born to be an alternative and anonymous system. Luckily, Distriator maintains the original spirit of Decentralization and anonymity. It seems normal but it is not. I was at LaBitconf this year and cryptocurrencies are losing their revolutionary spirit. All projects are centralized and have a corporate structure. They are called communities, but they have to hire staff for their stands. At LaBitconf our group was the largest by a wide margin. In Argentina there is a lot of interest in crypto but even having a very small community it is much more active than any other project, with more participation and commitment.

Una vez más recorrimos las calles de la capital con nuestros amigos de Hive Argentina. Nos juntamos no solo por el placer de charlar y vernos. Mats de distriator estuvo en Argentina haciendo una campaña de onboarding para comercios. Para los que no lo saben, distriator es una Dapp maravillosa para usar nuestro HBD como método de pago.
No solo nos permite hacer compras completamente por fuera del sistema tradicional.

Once again we walked the streets of the capital with our friends from Hive Argentina. We got together not only for the pleasure of chatting and seeing each other. Mats from distriator was in Argentina doing an onboarding campaign for businesses. For those who don't know, Distriator is a wonderful Dapp to use our HBD as a payment method.

Next week I'm going to start trying to add the businesses in my neighborhood to the system. Thanks to Pablo1601 and @spendhbd we now have a way to exchange crypto for Argentine Pesos. We have a great product, built on a great blockchain and a huge community behind it. Success depends on us and if we can effectively make ourselves known.
