This kitchen do different Nigerian local dishes, the include; Nsala soup also known as white soup, olugbo soup, Uha soup, okoro, egusi among others. They also prepare party jollof rice, fried rice, moi moi to mention but a few. Many of our team ordered swallow especially the White soup because it had assorted proteins.
I was not in for swallow so i placed my order for snacks, while we were waiting for them to open the place for us i accessed their showcase of snacks and singled out that snack, when i asked for the name they told me it's named Yummy bite, it was indeed yummy because it had assorted of proteins in it.
We were not in hurry to go even though the sanitation took half of our day. It was last Saturday of the month and the state government has made it a culture that every last Saturday of the month must be set aside for the sanitation and movement isn't allowed except those on special duties. For this reason we waited for it to end before stepping out for our SHOKiN. It was fun and i believe the next will make more memories.
