Spend HBD has been making a huge progress so far, i never imagined that this project would go this far, I'm so delighted to participate in this project and also to see new people signing up to hive and joining in the participation of this wonderful project.
This project has really been a positive impact on we shoppers, now there's always a room to get cashback whenever we shop groceries, a meal, gadgets or anything at all. I've been able to spend HBD on several occasions, both gadgets and food, the best part is buying a meal and paying with HBD .
Last week beauty197 a local guide in my area, hosted a workshop at @finicky restaurant and event centre, i took my friend along with me and she got signed up at the workshop, the best part of everything was when she spent HBD for the very first time, she bought a meal with HBD at @finicky restaurant.
After attending the workshop, i decided not to keep the benefits of this project to myself, i had colleagues and friends around me, so i said to myself "I'm gonna spread the good news about HBD".
On Tuesday November 26, I called some of my friends and i spoke to them about hive and the SpendHBD project, and the benefits of shopping with HBD, they were interested and they were eager to know more about what I've explained to them.
They came over my place and i was able to sign them up.

I had network issues signing them up, but despite the challenges they were eager to wait, I'm glad they were signed successfully. We couldn't continue to set up their profile on that very day, so we decided to shift it to Saturday by 5pm.
@owent1 came really earlier before the meet-up time, and this was because she was going to work, i was able to help her in setting up her profile.
When it was time for us to meetup, @owen222 was the first to be present, so i helped him to set up his hive profile.
My earphones were bad and needed to be replaced, so i went to @mikeolink store to get a new one with HBD, @owen222 decided to follow me, we got there and i purchased my earphones with HBD, this was the first time @owen222 witnessed an HBD transaction, he also saw how i claimed my cashback immediately.
Then he decided to purchase an iPhone cable with HBD, he made his first HBD purchase and also claimed his cashback, everything happened so swift, he was happy to buy a charging cable for his phone and still got cashback.

Shortly after, @divinedidi came to join us,he wanted to set-up his hive profile, network was messing up and it was getting late already, so we couldn't continue.
