Hey Hive family!
I had the privilege of attending an impactful Hive workshop yesterday, and I can’t keep the excitement to myself — especially with how much I learned and experienced.
We had two inspiring speakers take the stage: Madame Chy, who opened our minds to the potential of Hive Echo, and Madame Blessing, who didn’t hold back when talking about the power of Hive and HBD.
Let me share a quick recap — and trust me, you’ll want to catch the videos too!
Madame Chy on Hive Echo
She broke down what Hive Echo is all about and how it's designed to boost engagement and visibility for Hive users. It’s like a megaphone for your voice on the blockchain. What stood out for me was her passion — she made it clear that if you’re consistent, creative, and strategic, Hive Echo can help amplify your presence beyond your followers.
Madame Blessing on Hive & Spending HBD
Madame Blessing came in with straight fire. She said something that shook the room a bit
— “If you’re not making money on Hive, you’re lazy.”
At first, I chuckled. But then I paused to think. And honestly? She wasn’t wrong.
That statement hit differently because it forced many of us to reflect.
Hive has so many doors: blogging, curating, engaging, communities like SpendHBD, and even businesses accepting HBD as payment. If you show up consistently and provide value, there is an opportunity to earn. No magic. Just action.
She also highlighted different ways to spend HBD — both online and offline — showing us that HBD isn’t just digital money you save up; it’s usable, tradable, and spendable. That really opened my mind to seeing Hive as more than a platform — it’s a whole economy.
I left the event feeling motivated. Hive isn’t just a social platform — it’s a place to grow, earn, and connect. And like Madame Blessing said, if you’re not tapping into that... maybe it’s time to start showing up with more intention.
It’s clear that Hive isn’t just a social platform — it’s a thriving ecosystem full of real opportunities. Thanks to our speakers and everyone who showed up — let’s keep learning, growing, and putting our HBD to good use!
