Talking about this topic seems very interesting to me, the truth is that at this moment a lot of things are going through my head that I don't know where to start. For now let's start by greeting and thanking my dear #Silverbloggers community who also has a birthday this week and deserves my most sincere congratulations; I am grateful to each one of you for having created this house where I have felt comfortable since the first day; I hope you continue to grow every year and that blessings from heaven rain on each one of you who make up this great silver family.

Unfortunately I missed the previous week as I was traveling but this week's theme has fallen like a glove, because I am one of those people who in life has been guided by many people and I can say that thanks to them I am what I am.
Thanks to you I have remembered people who since my childhood influenced my formation in a positive way; I think now I realize that I was always surrounded by adults, I do not know if I was looking for them or they accepted me, whatever it was I am grateful to life for having introduced them to me. I could sit here naming them one by one and I wouldn't have time to finish, so to start with the subject I'd better start with the most wonderful person in the world, from whom I learned and continue learning every day and that is "my mother".
I will never get tired of talking about her, because she was and continues to be an example not only for her children but also for many generations of the family and the community. My mother with her love, humility, charisma, simplicity, has been able to win the hearts of many people. She knew how to raise 12 children and not die trying. She raised us all equally, with patience, with her example she knew how to guide us on the path of good.
My mother had no schooling, she always tells us how she barely managed to reach the third grade, then she married my father and only knew how to raise children and work on the farm. With time I have come to understand that my mother used the best tool she had in her hands and it is nothing other than "the love of God" with the teachings of the bible, the stories of Christ, his parables, the life of the Virgin Mary mother of Jesus, she led us to do things according to how God wants us to be. She taught us from home an education of principles and values based on the 10 commandments of God's law and that was basic for the rest to come as well.
My mother was the one who left the house, took us to church activities, shared with friends and neighbors, always with a smile on her face, a word of encouragement in good times and bad, she has always been there, fostering good friendships.
My father also taught me a lot, he gave me love, affection, respect, that is why he is also a reference in my formation.
When I was eleven years old my mother and my aunt made the decision to take me to study in the city, at that time I did not understand why they did that, I was still very young, I had never been separated from my family, but now I understand that it was for my own good; there in that city I had the opportunity to learn other things that are important to grow and improve. I studied, I learned good manners, to be tidy, I got a career and I was really happy.
Now, if I have to talk about the influence of adults in my life I would have to highlight these two women, my mother and my aunt Aura, both formed my character, they taught me the good and the bad, they gave me love, they gave me advice. They are the ones who inspired me to be the mother of Israel and Fabian, they taught me that without rudeness, without disrespect, without even a shout you can order things to be done, you can teach your children to move forward, to progress, to cultivate friendship and much more.
Come to think of it, I don't think I ever told you that they both shaped my heart to be free, fair, kind, courteous, brave. They both raised me for the great, for the beautiful; they pointed my way and by their example made me a good person.
So if I have to say or teach something to the new generations I could start by saying that it is by example that the older ones can teach the younger ones to build a family, a country, a life.
I can also say that the little ones have taught me many things, such as how to be happy with the simplest things in life. They don't worry about anything, that's why whenever I could I always told my children to enjoy their childhood, to laugh, get into mischief, scream and be happy, because deep down I knew that when they grew up everything would change.
When we grow up we get immersed in responsibilities, problems, work, home, money and we move away from what really matters which is family, friends, enjoying nature and being close to God.
With my son Fabian I understood that technology or rather the internet is separating families, no one talks at home anymore, everyone is locked in their rooms and even at the dinner table they prefer to have a Netflix movie than to see each other's faces and comment on how good the food is or how their day was.
That's why at home there is a rule, if we are all at home we go out to the dining room and turn off our cell phones. Spending time with family or friends is something that is not lost, on the contrary it is something that you will remember with joy for the rest of your life.
Recently I told my son Fabian that it would be good to invite real friends to the house, real friends, it would be good to meet them, see their faces, talk and have real and personal communication.
Friendship is something important in our lives, in my case I keep friends from childhood, from my high school days, from my old neighborhoods and how nice it is to keep them and have them present in my life in one way or another.
There is a phrase that says: "it is better to have one sincere friend than a hundred false friends" this phrase is very trite and misunderstood. I tell my son and the younger ones that the one who invented this phrase is a bitter person who in life could only harvest one friendship.
Friendship goes beyond being perfect. Nobody said that in life people do not make mistakes, they feel, they have their own problems and occupations. It is up to us to know how to handle the friendships that come our way, to accept them with their defects and virtues, to value them, to help them, to be there in good times and in bad.
I understand that we can have many friends, share with them, spend happy moments, this is part of life, there are other friends with whom we can confess, tell them what happens to us and also be there when they need us; but ultimately everyone is important and it is not good to be alone.
Love allows us to have human experiences that allow us to discover in another who does not even carry your blood. Friends are those brothers and sisters that you and I decide to have, because we feel loved, valued and supported in life circumstances. I am a faithful believer in friendship, that is why I tell young people to be open to have and share with many friends, do not be afraid to accept whoever comes to your side. If you offer a selfless friendship, clean, without so much criticism, you will surely reap beautiful moments with that person.
Friendship is a very long, very broad topic, where for sure you also have to take precautions, but anyway, I think we could continue talking about this at another time.
To finish I want to say that there is an advice that I will never forget and I received it from Mrs. Catalina when I was 17 years old, she knew of my inclination to be a nun, to serve God in a special way, but she took me by the hand one day when I left the church and told me: _ to serve God it is not necessary to lock yourself in a convent with big walls, you can serve God all your life being a good person, helping your neighbor, giving love in each one of my actions. I followed his advice, I did not become a nun, instead I trained as a policeman (the good kind) and I was equally happy because I served many and although I am now retired I continue to practice that advice from my community, with the children, grandparents and with anyone who needs me, I will always be there.
