Well, that and many others make me feel grateful and yes, smiling too. From waking up healthy each morning, to greetings from friends, and my favorites — a kiss, a hug, the Farmboy cooking and prepping our meals, among other things. These are the best and I wouldn't exchange for anything else.
Make me smile

I also usually laugh at myself. It happens to me especially when I am walking in a relaxed way. Sometimes in those moments I get images of myself in a conflict situation or distressed by some "problem". I see myself as if I were in front of a movie, mentally examine my performance and smile at the thought of how foolish I was to magnify something relatively trivial and inconsequential into a bad moment.

My grandchildren make me see life differently, I see their childhood as mine, that makes me smile. Being able to make them smile is the best. I have a space in my life dedicated to laughter that project is of great help to many, it is called #reiresgratis, I love to remember those moments by the blockchain and have been able to get smiles, with some anecdotes of each user is of great satisfaction. I would not stop writing about so many situations that have collaborated with my physical and mental health. Smiling helps to end insomnia, but be careful not to laugh so hard you might wake someone up

I also love to look for those smiles, doing activities that relax me, like participating in a dance therapy or in events where we all participate in group dynamics, that makes me smile immediately, even if they are shy, ha, ha, ha, ha, these things make me feel good, relaxed and that is equal to smiles, something like this: relaxation + sharing = smiles 😄.
