Yes, I know I'm out of time and, I promise, I'll be punctual from the next appointment!
However, I decided to try my hand at writing that has the theme of "passive income" as its starting point because it interests me and I am so passionate about it and, moreover, I see it as an excellent opportunity to debut and present myself in this community!
Among other things I discovered on this occasion Dreemport and I think that, from the next few weeks, I will deepen this new knowledge as much as possible heh heh!

Now we come to us, passive income!
I have always been in search of financial freedom and, I believe, the search for passive income is essential to pursue this goal.
I'm certainly investing a lot of time and even enough of my money in Hive which I don't consider entirely passive income; it certainly has its returning parts that don't require you to be active but, as far as content creation and care are concerned, you have to get active and put your own into it... which I love to do, being writing and reading two of my most great passions.
I am currently following two other projects in which, by accumulating tokens, I am entitled to dividends; this is definitely a pure passive income formula but, to achieve it, you need to invest money.
I, who started with these projects from the beginning, have been able to accumulate these Tokens by mining them and therefore investing little and, today that I have accrued a decent dividend; this allows me to feed the system by reinvesting all earnings.
Sure, these are systems that don't pay much initially but, as far as I'm concerned, they are investments that could bear fruit in the future.
As far as Hive is concerned they are in an accumulation phase; I'm shelving HP and HBD and leveraging the APR to create composite interest.
I do the same with some secondary tokens, such as Leo.
However, I have no intention of selling everything I put aside in the short term and, on the contrary, the plans are to keep all the assets for at least another 4 years.
I mention four years because that is how long it will take me to be 45 years of age, and by the end of that year, I have made a goal of achieving financial freedom.
In the past I have tried to adopt other methods of passive income, for example I wrote a book that is still for sale on Amazon; as a method, however, I was not very satisfied.
Being a lover of writing, however, I decided to use another method and I'm trying to start a blog.
The particular idea is that, in addition to putting original content in a certain category, I have also created categories for my web3 blogs and insert my past articles, for example from Hive, so as to make them accessible to all those users who are not practical in this world.
And maybe I can even convince someone to join us heh heh!
Lately I've also been trying to understand if there is a way to exploit ChatGPT to create some form of income, obviously outside of content creation and of course not using it on Hive; however, I believe that, for example, it could be used to create youtube channels and videos that allow you to monetize.
Currently I think the limit is given by the barriers put on the "Tube" for monetization.
In any case I found some material to study and we'll see what comes out of it... but now I have to find the time to study it, lol!
In addition to all these interests of mine in the crypto world, I also invest in ETFs, buying shares on the Trading212 platform that entitle you to dividends, this is certainly a form of automatic income by simply having to buy ETFs and wait for dividends; of course it requires liquidity and, currently, I confess, I'm a bit stuck with purchases for this very reason, I hope to start again with momentum in the future.
Obviously I'm also examining many other situations and possibilities, we'll see what comes out of it.

Ho deciso comunque di cimentarmi nella scrittura che ha come spunto il tema del "guadagno passivo" perché mi interessa è mi appassiona tanto e, oltretutto, la vedo come un'ottima occasione per debuttare e presentarmi in questa comunità !
Tra le altre cose ho scoperto proprio in questa occasione Dreemport e credo che, dalle prossime settimane, approfondiró al massimo questa nuova conoscenza eh eh!

Veniamo ora a noi, il reddito passivo!
Io sono da sempre alla ricerca di una libertà finanziaria e, la ricerca del reddito passivo, credo sia fondamentale per perseguire questo obiettivo.
Sicuramente sto investendo molto tempo e anche abbastanza dei miei denari in Hive che però non reputo totalmente un reddito passivo; sicuramente ha le sue parti di ritorno che non richiedono di essere attivi ma, per quel che riguarda la creazione di contenuti e la cura, bisogna attivarsi e metterci del proprio... cosa che peraltro io amo fare essendo scrittura e lettura due delle mie più grandi passioni.
Attualmente seguo altri due progetti in cui, accumulando dei token ho diritto a dei dividendi; questa è sicuramente una formula di reddito passivo puro ma, per realizzarla, c'è da investirci del denaro.
Io, che sono partito con questi progetti dall'inizio, ho potuto accumulare questi Token minandoli e quindi investendo poco e, oggi che ho maturato un discreto dividendo; questo mi permette di alimentare il sistema reivestendo tutti i guadagni.
Certo, sono dei sistemi che non rendono molto inizialmente ma, per quel che mi riguarda, sono investimenti che potrebbero dare i loro frutti in futuro.
Per quel che riguarda Hive sono in una fase di accumulo; sto accantonato HP e HBD e sfrutto l'APR per creare interesse composito.
Alla stessa maniera faccio con alcuni Token secondari, come ad esempio Leo.
Tutto quello che metto da parte però non ho intenzione di venderlo nel breve periodo e, anzi, i progetti sono di mantenere tutti gli asset almeno per altri 4 anni.
Parlo di quattro anni perché è il periodo di tempo che mi porterà ad avere 45 anni di età e, al compimento di quell'anno, mi sono prefissato di raggiungere la libertà finanziaria.
Ho in passato provato ad adottare altri metodi di guadagno passivo, ho ad esempio scritto un libro che è ancora in vendita su Amazon; come metodo però non mi ha soddisfatto molto.
Essendo un amante della scrittura però ho deciso di utilizzare un'altra metodo e sto provando a mettere su un blog.
L'idea particolare è che, oltre a mettere dei contenuti originali in una determinata categoria ho anche realizzato delle categorie per i miei blog web3 e inserisco i miei articoli passati, ad esempio di Hive, così da renderli accessibili a tutti quegli utenti che non sono pratici di questo mondo.
E magari convinco anche qualcuno ad unirsi a noi eh eh!
Ultimamente sto anche cercando di capire se esiste un modo per sfruttare ChatGPT per creare una qualche forma di guadagno, ovviamente al di fuori della creazione di contenuti e naturalmente non utilizzandola su Hive; credo però che, ad esempio, si potrebbe sfruttare per creare dei canali youtube e dei video che permettono di monetizzare.
Attualmente penso che il limite sia dato dalle barriere messe sul "Tubo" per la monetizzazione.
In ogni caso ho trovato un po' di materiale da studiare e vedremo cosa ne viene fuori... ora devo però trovare il tempo per studiarlo, lol!
Oltre tutti questi miei interessi nel mondo crypto investo anche in ETF, acquisto sulla piattaforma di Trading212 delle azioni che danno diritto a dei dividendi, questa è sicuramente una forma di guadagno automatico dovendo semplicemente comprare gli ETF ed attendere i dividendi; naturalmente richiede della liquidità e, attualmente, Ti confesso, sono un po' fermo con gli acquisti proprio per questo motivo, spero in futuro di ripartire con slancio.
Sto ovviamente vagliando anche tante altre situazione e possibilità , vedremo cosa ne verrà fuori.
