Usually, the hawk made 2 attacks on the tree on which the bird feeder and birds were sitting, and after that, it flew away. During the first pass, the birds flew in different directions, and then the hawk could grab the victim in the second attack. The smart tits sat close to the trunk of the tree and this saved them from the predator.
But recently, the hawk has become more active. Yesterday, he made 5 attacks on a tree, and he also performed complex maneuvers between branches and tried to grab the birds that remained sitting on the branches of the tree. But he couldn't capture a single bird. Yes, it looked very exciting. The hawk made one attack from top to bottom and abruptly turned back up at the ground.
I thought he flew off into the woods, but I was wrong. Wow. He sat down on an apple tree and began to turn his head 360 degrees.

In fact, I was in a very uncomfortable position to shoot with the camera. The sun was shining on my face. But there was also a difficulty - the hawk was not sitting directly in front of the window, but strongly at an angle and the viewing degree was small for me. But I tried to do my best to get a good photo of the hawk.

The hawk didn't arrive today, or I just didn't see it.
