Life Is Seeing Bird Footprints In The Sand
Birds walk lightly seldom leaving footprints the only clear photograph is deep within the archives,
Going through snaps from beach walks one realizes how lightly birds do walk, often in water where it is washed away by the tide.
Around clumps of beach plants the birds lightweight footprints may last a short while, when the wind rises they too will be wiped off the sand.
A river beach where not many venture more prints will be found, some birds along with cattle that roam the region to be sure.
Of course we leave different prints no matter how big or small said the gull giving me that look ! Difference is we don't leave trash like you humans do....
When we only have one leg, losing one to nylon gut, plastic and crap you toss around, rings off tin cans we battle to survive, both legs required leaving proper footprints in the sand!
.
Enough ranting about birds with only one leg now!
Little touch humour we light weight and only make the sand roll downhill when hopping from spot to spot around a well maintained garden.
Look at the surprise on his face creating a small avalanche in his wake.
