Primero que nada, tenemos previo a cargar el servidor. La obligación de elegir personajes, ya que al parecer. Los personajes son "bóvedas" es decir, que todos los avances y objetos que vayamos consiguiendo, se guardan por personajes y no por cuenta. Esto quiere decir, que uno tranquilamente puede usar el personaje de otro y viceversa, así que es importante elegir realmente a quien te guste de entrada.

En mi caso, elegí a "Pete" porque pensé que tendría diálogos divertidos. Y no me equivoqué. Jajajaja.

Ahora sí, de qué trata el juego. Resulta que somos un grupo de adolescentes, que vaya a saber porqué, hemos sido reducidos a criaturas miniatura. Literalmente, tenemos el tamaño de una hormigua como máximo. Claramente todas las entidades locales nos dieron por desaparecidos y están en una especie de búsqueda por nosotros.

Quien podría imaginarse, que estamos literalmente, en el jardín de la casa de "alguien". Por ahora, el lore nos comenta que hemos sido parte de los experimentos de un tal Dr. Tully, pero no sabemos más que eso, ya que al parecer, la reducción de masa molecular, conlleva la pérdida de memoria para nuestros personajes.

Lo normal, es que la mayoría de criaturas e insectos del jardín, quieran asesinarnos. Nos ven como comida, pero esto no aplica a todas. Hay algunas que son amigables o que, inclusive, son comida para nosotros 😏. Es muy gracioso como nuestros personajes, a la hora de comer algún insecto empiezan a imaginarse que es carne asada u otra cosa para poder comer Jajaja.

El juego cuenta con un sistema de creación bastante efectivo. De buenas a primeras, puede parecer un poco enredado, pero uno se acostumbra rápidamente. Ya que literalmente, te muestran cada ingrediente que necesitas para terminar cualquier receta y su resultado final. Me parece mucho mejor que ir creando cosas de forma aleatoria hasta que algo resulte en lo que queríamos.

Tenía mis dudas de cómo ibamos a conseguir agua en condiciones, ya que no teníamos ningún recipiente que resista el calor para poder hervirla y así evitar enfermedades o malestares, pero resulta que, claro, somos chiquitos! Literalmente el rocío de agua de las mañanas es gigante! Basta con golpear uno que otro tallo de césped, para que caiga el agua y de esa manera nos mantengamos hidratados, especialmente por las mañanas.

Me imagino que un día de lluvia puede ser letal para nosotros.

Decidí poner este Gif, solamente para que puedan apreciar lo inmersivo que es el juego. Algo tan simple como estar en el patio de una casa, puede realmente ser increíble en tamaño miniatura. Uno nunca se pone a pensar como podrían verse las cosas desde la perspectia de una hormiga u otro insecto. Me parece genial el concepto del juego.

Aunque, no todo es color de rosas en Grounded, ya que podrán imaginarse, que si nos sale una araña en plena oscuridad de la noche entre el cesped, yo me puedo llegar a morir de un infarto. El juego inclusive tiene una opción que desabilita gráficamente a las arañas, para que no se véan tan terroríficas. Claramente desactive esa opción, sin miedo al éxito.

Esto no se si es real o no, pero aquí las hormigas saltan y muchísimo. Adentrándonos en un hormiguero abandonado. Resultó ser que no estaba tan abandonado, porque nos atacó una hormiga soldado, mucho más grande que las que normalmente vemos y también agresiva.

Decidímos salir corriendo por nuestras vidas, ya que pues bueno, nos dió miedo JAJAJA.

Sucedieron muchísimas cosas más en el capítulo, pero me pareció buena idea utilizar la publicación para adentrarlos un poco en el juego. Espero que les haya gustado.

Hello everyone again!

We continue with the new deliveries. This time with my good friend @cryptoalvirin although he is currently on a health break. In the same way, we recorded a couple of chapters so, without fear of success.

Grounded

First of all, we have prior to loading the server. The obligation to choose characters, since apparently. The characters are "vaults" that is to say, that all the advances and objects that we are getting, are saved by characters and not by account. This means that one can easily use the character of another and vice versa, so it is important to really choose who you like from the start.

In my case, I chose "Pete" because I thought he would have funny lines. And I was not wrong. LOL.

Now, what is the game about? It turns out that we are a group of teenagers, who knows why, we have been reduced to miniature creatures. We are literally the size of an ant at most. Clearly all the local entities considered us missing and are in a kind of search for us.

Who could imagine that we are literally in the garden of "someone's" house. For now, the lore tells us that we have been part of the experiments of a certain Dr. Tully, but we do not know more than that, since apparently, the reduction of molecular mass leads to memory loss for our characters.

Normally, most of the creatures and insects in the garden want to kill us. They see us as food, but this does not apply to all. There are some that are friendly or that are even food for us 😏. It's very funny how our characters, when eating an insect, begin to imagine that it's roast beef or something else to eat hahaha.

The game has a fairly effective creation system. Right off the bat, it might seem a bit confusing, but you quickly get used to it. Since they literally show you every ingredient you need to finish any recipe and its final result. I find it much better than randomly creating things until something turns out what we wanted.

I had my doubts about how we were going to get water in conditions, since we did not have any container that resists the heat to be able to boil it and thus avoid illnesses or discomfort, but it turns out that, of course, we are small! Literally the morning water spray is gigantic! It is enough to hit one or another stem of grass, so that the water falls and in this way we stay hydrated, especially in the mornings.

I imagine that a rainy day can be lethal for us.

I decided to put this Gif, just so you can appreciate how immersive the game is. Something as simple as being in the backyard of a house can really be amazing in miniature size. One never stops to think how things might look from the perspective of an ant or other insect. I think the concept of the game is great.

Although, not everything is rosy in Grounded, as you can imagine, that if we get a spider in the middle of the night in the grass, I can die of a heart attack. The game even has an option that graphically disables the spiders, so they don't look so scary. Clearly disable that option, without fear of success.

I don't know if this is real or not, but here the ants jump and a lot. Entering an abandoned anthill. It turned out that it was not so abandoned, because we were attacked by a soldier ant, much larger than the ones we normally see and also aggressive.

We decided to run for our lives, since well, it scared us HAHAHA.

There was a lot more that happened in the chapter, but I thought it was a good idea to use the post to get you guys into the game a bit. I hope you liked it.
