And he says: yeah yeah Red dead redemption 2 and Ghost of Tsushima, games that in recent years, thanks to the advancement of technology in game development took a leap over the others being super innovative, and days ago one of them celebrated its third anniversary since its exclusive release for PS4.

3er aniversario de Ghost of Tsushima ¿porque debo jugarlo de nuevo?

Mi hijo varias veces me ha repetido la pregunta ¿Papá cuál es tu juego favorito? Parece a medida que avanzan los años y nuevos títulos salen al mercado el mantienen la esperanza de que cambie mi respuesta, pero siempre le digo: Tu sabes cuáles son 😒 con un tono que indica ¿Porqué me preguntas no mismo? Y el dice: si sis Red dead redemption 2 y Ghost of Tsushima, juegos que en los últimos años, gracias al avance de la tecnología en el desarrollo de juegos dieron un salto sobre los demás siendo súper innovadores, y hace días uno de ellos cumplió su tercer aniversario desde su lanzamiento exclusivo para PS4.

I had the joy of finishing this game just last year, it was a wonderful 70 hours of gameplay that I never wanted to end, what a story, what a gameplay! I was able to review and share some missions here in Hive, but mostly in another community, and with this third anniversary I have the desire to play again but in its most renewed version titled Director's cut with significant improvements for PS5.

Tuve la dicha de culminar este juego recién el año pasado fueron unas maravillosas 70 horas de gameplay que jamás quise que terminarán ¡Vaya que historia, que jugabilidad! Pude reseñar y compartir algunas misiones acá en Hive, pero en otra comunidad la mayoría, y con en este tercer aniversario tengo el deseo de volver a jugar pero en su versión más renovada titulada Director's cut con mejoras significativas para PS5.

What makes Ghost of Tsushima so special?

This is a question that may vary depending on the player's perspective, for me it is a great game because of three factors:

¿Que hace tan especial a Ghost of Tsushima?

Es una pregunta que puede variar según la perspectiva del jugador, para mí es un gran juego por tres factores:

1- History

Based on real life facts, obviously with variants that make it more attractive to players, but the invasion of the island of Tsushima did happen, and it was important what happened there to stop the advances of the Mongol Empire through Japan.

Basada en hecho de la vida real, obviamente que con variantes que lo hagan más atractivo a los jugadores, pero la invasión a la isla de Tsushima si ocurrió, y fue importante lo ocurrido ahí para detener los avances del imperio mongol a través de Japón.

I know that it is not necessary for a game to have this kind of basics, but as I said, it depends on the perspective and for me the more realism a game has, the more attractive it is to me.

Se que no es necesario que un juego tenga este tipo de basamentos, pero como decía, depende de la perspectiva y para mí entre mayor realismo tenga un juego más atractivo me resulta.

2-Playability / Combat

It is well known to an experienced gamer that a good percentage of games that include combat use fighting moves and weapons that have Japanese origins.

Es bien sabido para un gamer de experiencia que un buen porcentaje de los juegos que incluyen combate utilizan movimientos de pelea y armas que tienen origen japonés.

If you evaluate any game you have played, you will realize that there was always a katana among the weapons to choose from, the punches, kicks, jumps typical of a samurai, ninja or aikido, hook or garrampon to reach high places, even powers and mystical arts based on deities are from that culture.

Si evalúan cualquier juego que hayan jugado, se darán cuenta que siempre hubo una katana entre las armas para escoger, los golpes, patadas, saltos típicos de un samurai, ninja o aikido, gancho o garrampones para alcanzar sitios elevados, incluso poderes y artes místicas basadas en deidades son de esa cultura.

Ghost of Tsushima has a very realistic combat system, it has been analyzed by experts and Jin's (the game's protagonist) movements are often described as enviable. Although I can enjoy a fantasy game, I love that here they have given themselves the task of sticking to a realistic combat.

Ghost of Tsushima tiene un sistema de combate muy realista, a sido analizados por expertos y los movimientos de Jin (protagonista del juego) suelen ser calificados de envidiables. Aunque puedo disfrutar de un juego de fantasía, me encanta que acá se hayan dado a la tarea de apegarse a un combate realista.

3-Scenarios/Sandbox

For me a good game has to give me at least 50 hours of entertainment, with platform or linear games it is difficult to get that time, there are exceptions, but there are more guarantees when we play a sandbox. Ghost of Tsushima is not the game with the most extensive map, it is perfectly moderated to give us an entertaining experience between quest, combat, puzzles and randoms events.

3-Escenarios/Sandbox

Para mi un buen juego tiene que brindarme no menos de 50 horas de entretenimiento, con juegos de plataforma o lineales es difícil conseguir ese tiempo, hay sus excepciones, pero hay mayor garantías cuando jugamos un sandbox. Ghost of Tsushima no es el juego con el mapa mas extenso, es perfectamente moderado para brindarnos una experiencia entretenida entre búsqueda, combates, puzzles y eventos randoms.

In addition, the game offers an unparalleled graphical beauty, with the option to modify it to make the experience even more immersive, giving the possibility to play in the best style of old Japanese cinema by placing it in black and white, this for the most demanding fans.

Además el juego ofrece una belleza gráfica sin igual, con la opción de poder modificarla para la experiencia sé mas inmersiva aun, dando la posibilidad de jugar al mejor estilo del cine antiguo japonés al colocarlo en blanco y negro, esto para los fan mas exigentes.

Making this publication has been special for me, I have wished that more people can experience the incredible game that is Ghost of Tsushima, I hope that soon it is enabled for PC, it usually takes 4 years for that to happen with exclusive content.

I have been encouraged to play it again but now the version for new generation consoles called Director's Cut, which has an expansion of Iki Island that I never had the opportunity to play, I hope soon if everything is given to me to share with this community this wonderful adventure, Jin Sakai awaits!!!

Realizar esta publicación a sido especial para mi, he deseado que mas personas puedan experimentar el increíble juego es que es Ghost of Tsushima, espero que pronto está habilitado para PC, suelen pasar 4 años para que eso pase con contenidos exclusivos.

Me he animado a jugarlo de nuevo pero ahora la version para consolas de nueva generación llamada Director's Cut, que cuenta con una expansión de la isla Iki que jamás tuve la oportunidad de jugar, espero pronto si todo se me da poder compartir con esta comunidad esta maravillosa aventura, Jin Sakai espera!!!
