Volvimos a jugar mi hija y yo Bob esponja Batalla por el fondo de Bikini Rehidratado, siempre que leo o escribo el nombre me causa gracia porque es una manera muy original para nombrar una secuela y describir que la batalla continúa. Hoy no tengo un video, solo grabamos algunas escenas de un nivel que se llama Duna de Arena, es lo que vendria siendo las montañas nevadas para esquinar en la superficie, pero en el fondo del mar es arena, lo cual debo decir que muy original 😁
Cuando ingresas la nivel te encuentras con Calamardo que está como siempre frustrado por algo 😡, esta vez por no poder esquiar en su lugar favorito porque está lleno de los robots que invaden el Fondo de Bikini. Hay tres pistas de arena y la misión es completarlas y liberarlas de los robots para que el vuelva a esquiar, como recompensa al finalizar cada una nos dará mas espatulas doradas que son necesarias acumular para desbloquear nuevos niveles.
Hay otros coleccionables en el mundo, los calcetines de Patricio y unos "muñecos de arena" y como yo soy completistas me gusta conseguirlos todos, peeeero mi hija sufre porque ella es parte de esta nueva generación gamer que solo le interesa pasar el nivel y seguir la historia 😒, así que esto siempre nos trae un conflicto a los dos😮💨, lo que hago es que la dejó pasar el nivel y luego cuando ella no esta yo juego para conseguir las demas cosas 🤭
La primera montaña hay que completarla antes de los 70 segundos, al principio parece fácil 😎 pero mientras desciendes notas que los coleccionables están dispersos por la pendiente y si te desvias no completas antes de tiempo, así que hay que repetirla varias 🫣 veces lo cual es poco fastidioso para mi hija, por eso nos concentramos en hacerlo en el tiempo para que nos dieran la espátula dorada.
La segunda colina es mucho más larga y llena de mas desafios, igual ocurre con la tercera, tenía tiempo que algo que parecía tan sencillo no ponía a prueba mi paciencia porque tenía que estar pendiente de atajos que me ayudaran a ganar tiempo para bajar mas rapido.
Finalmente tras varios intentos y encontrar los atajos pudimos completar las tres pistas y ganar todas las espátulas doradas del nivel, incluso pude conseguir varios de los coleccionables en el proceso y así al volver no tener que pasar tanto tiempo buscandolos todos. Con la acumulacion de espatulas ahora podemos acceder a lo que creemos es un boss pero eso se los compartimos en un video en una siguiente publicación.

Playing with my daughter in Sand Mountain: Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated
My daughter and I went back to playing SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated. Every time I read or write the name, it makes me laugh because it's such an original way to name a sequel and describe how the battle continues. Today, I don't have a video, we just recorded a few scenes from a level called Sand Mountain. It's basically the underwater equivalent of snowy mountains for skiing on the surface, but instead, it's sand, which I have to say is very original! 😁
When you enter the level, you find Squidward, who, as always, is frustrated about something 😡. This time, it's because he can't ski in his favorite spot since it's overrun with robots invading Bikini Bottom. There are three sand slopes, and the mission is to complete them and clear them of robots so he can ski again. As a reward for finishing each one, we get more golden spatulas, which are necessary to accumulate to unlock new levels.
There are other collectibles in the world: Patrick's socks and some "sandmen." Since I'm a completist, I like to get them all, buuuut my daughter suffers because she's part of this new generation of gamers who only care about passing the level and continuing the story 😒. So, this always causes a conflict between us 😮💨. What I do is let her pass the level, and then when she's not around, I play to get the rest of the stuff 🤭.
The first mountain has to be completed in under 70 seconds. At first, it seems easy 😎, but as you descend, you notice that the collectibles are scattered along the slope, and if you deviate, you won't finish in time. So, we had to repeat it several 🫣 times, which was a bit annoying for my daughter. That's why we focused on doing it in time to get the golden spatula.
The second hill is much longer and full of more challenges, and the same goes for the third. It had been a while since something that seemed so simple tested my patience, because I had to be on the lookout for shortcuts that would help me gain time to go down faster.
Finally, after several attempts and finding the shortcuts, we managed to complete all three slopes and earn all the golden spatulas for the level. I even managed to get several of the collectibles in the process, so I wouldn't have to spend so much time looking for them all when we returned. With the accumulated spatulas, we can now access what we believe is a boss, but we'll share that with you in a video in a future post.
