I love listening to music when I drive. I spend long hours in the car, and it really helps keep me entertained. Unfortunately, my car doesn't have a sound system anymore, and getting one installed is super expensive. So, I started thinking about what I could do to avoid being stuck without tunes, and the idea of a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker that I could connect my phone to popped into my head.

Fue asà que pensando en que podÃa hacer para no quedarme sin música se me ocurrió la idea de colocar una corneta Bluetooth recargable y poder enlazar mi teléfono para poder escuchar música.
We actually bought a Bluetooth speaker a few years ago – my kids love listening to music too. That was my first thought for the car, but that speaker is massive. It literally takes up a third of the trunk, and honestly, it's a pain to close the lid. How do I know? I tried taking it with me one day when I knew I'd be in the car for a long time.
Hace varios años compramos una corneta Bluetooth, a mis hijos les fascina escuchar música también, esa era la primera opción para colocarla en el carro, pero la corneta es muy grande, ocupa literalmente un tercio de la maleta, y francamente cuesta cerrarla ¿Como lo se? Ya probé llevármela un dÃa en que sabÃa que estarÃa mucho tiempo en el carro.
That's when I started looking for an affordable speaker with decent battery life and good sound. The best options out there were just way too pricey, some even as much as putting a whole new sound system in my car. After a lot of searching, I found this Premiere brand speaker for just $20.
Fue asà comencé la búsqueda de una corneta económica, que su baterÃa dure lo suficiente y se escuchará bien. Las mejores opciones son demasiado costosas, algunas tanto como poner un sistema de sonido nuevo al carro. Entre tanto buscar encontré esta corneta de la marca Premiere por el costo de $20.
For that price, most of the speakers I was finding were generic Chinese knock-offs. This one is definitely made in China, but it's got better quality, and the Bluetooth connection notification isn't that annoying voice everyone knows. That alone made it a great option.
Por ese precio la mayorÃa de las cornetas que encontraba son las chinas genéricas, está seguro es fabricación china pero tiene mejor calidad y además la notificación de conexión Bluetooth no es esa tan molesta que ya todos conocen, con solo eso ya se convertÃa en una excelente opción.
As for its looks and features, it has an on/off switch, a mini USB-B charging port for 5V DC, a USB slot, two buttons to skip tracks forward and back (which also double as volume controls), and a play/pause button that also works as an auto-scan for FM radio stations. That last part was awesome because I used to love listening to the radio on my morning drives, and that's something I'd really missed.
En cuanto a su aspecto fÃsico y funciones cuenta con un switch de encendido y apagado, un puerto de carga mini USB-B para 5VDC, una ranura USB, dos botones para adelantar y atrasar pistas que sirven también para control de volumen y un botón de play y pausa que también funciona como auto escaneo de emisoras FM, lo cual me pareció genial también porque me gustaba escuchar mucho la radio por las mañanas mientras manejaba, es algo que extrañaba.

Like almost every accessory these days, it's got its RGB LED lights, which totally give it more watts of output (that's sarcasm, by the way). Honestly, I'm not a fan of these lights, but for the price, I didn't care. The battery lasts about 3 hours of continuous use – I've already tested it, which is different from the 4 hours the manufacturer claims.
Como todo accesorio en la actualidad, tiene sus luces Led RGB que le da más vatios de salida (es sarcasmo), las verdad que no soy fan de estas luces pero por el precio no me importo. La baterÃa dura unos 3 horas de uso continuo, ya la puse a prueba, a diferencia de lo que dice el fabricante que son 4.
I've got it sitting on my car's dashboard. It fits and stays put well because it's only about 2x3 inches. In that spot, everyone can hear it clearly. The only downside is how long it takes to reach 100% charge. The charger is small, 1A and 15W, but other than that, it does the job perfectly until I can eventually get a proper sound system for the car.
La ubico sobre el tablero del carro, encaja y se sostiene bien porque tiene un tamaño de 2x3", en esa ubicación todos pueden escuchar bien. Lo único que no es tan favorable es el tiempo que le toma alcanzar el 100% de baterÃa al cargarla, el cargador es pequeño de 1A y 15W, pero por lo demás cumple bien su función mientras mas adelante coloco el sistema de sonido al carro.
