Hello people, yes I know, it's been a while since I've written here, I'm preparing a post to explain, or better said, to vent the reasons for my long absence, however, today I'm not here to talk about bad things, this post is to share with all of you my joy😁.

A few months ago I reached an acceptable ROI in Rising Star game, that income opened the doors to several possibilities, I could continue reinvesting to earn more Starbits, on the other hand, I wanted to invest in Splinterlands to make my deck more competitive, and there was also the option to start in the other games and projects that Hive hosts, all those options were promising, but when my laptop got stuck opening Firefox browser I knew which was the best investment I could make.

Hola gente, si lo se, hace tiempo que no escribo por aquí, estoy preparando un post para explicar, o mejor dicho, ventilar las razones de mi larga ausencia, sin embargo, hoy no estoy aquí para hablar de cosas malas, este post es para compartir con todos ustedes mi alegría😁.

Hace unos cuantos meses alcancé un retorno de inversión aceptable en el juego de Rising Star, ese ingreso me abrió las puertas a varias posibilidades, podía seguir reinvirtiendo para ganar más Starbits, por otra parte, quería invertir en Splinterlands para hacer mi mazo más competitivo, y también estaba la opción de iniciar en los otros juegos y proyectos que alberga Hive, todas esas opciones eran prometedoras, pero cuando mi laptop se quedó pegada abriendo el navegador supe cual era la mejor inversión que podía hacer.

Tardé 3 largos meses en alcanzar la meta, tuve que guardar el 100% de mis ganancias sin gastar en nada mas que la compra y venta de hive y hbd para aprovechar la fluctuación de la moneda, esa subida fue una bendición, porque en mis estimaciones iniciales tenía que ahorrar por seis meses, y si tres meses de soportar la tentación fueron duros, seis meses pudieron ser mi muerte.

Por otra parte, no fue sencillo elegir una laptop económica capaz de cubrir mis necesidades como artista, y con la mía cada vez mas cerca de su respiro final no tenía el lujo de ahorrar por mucho tiempo, finalmente, y luego de muchas horas de búsqueda y comparación pude encontrar un equipo que encajaba tanto con mis limitaciones como con mis necesidades, les presento...

Another improvement over my previous Laptop was the increase in image resolution and color quality, on this new screen I saw my drawings with different eyes, literally, errors that were never visible became painfully obvious.

The Hard Drive capacity is the only thing that left me unsatisfied, sure, the speed of an SDD leaves far behind that of an HDD, but there was no improvement in capacity, is the only thing that stops me from passing all my files and stop relying on my old laptop, although I am grateful that I have the option to expand it in the future.

Otra de las mejoras con respecto a mi equipo anterior fue el aumento de la resolución de la imagen y la calidad del color, en esta nueva pantalla vi mis dibujos con otros ojos, literalmente, errores que nunca fueron visibles se hicieron dolorosamente obvios.

La capacidad del Disco Duro es lo único que no me dejó satisfecha, claro, la velocidad de un SDD deja muy por detrás a la de una HDD, pero no hubo mejora en la capacidad, es lo único que me detiene de pasar todos mis archivos y dejar de depender de mi vieja laptop, aunque agradezco que tenga la opción de ampliarla a futuro.

Overall I am satisfied with this laptop, the sacrifice was completely worth it, and I hope that I will be able to do bigger and better projects here at Hive.

It only remains for me to thank the platform, that although I did not reach this milestone with the power of my posts, it was one of the projects it hosts that allowed me to update my team today, a feat that a couple of years ago seemed impossible.

En general estoy satisfecha con este equipo, el sacrificio valió completamente la pena, y espero que con este nuevo equipo pueda hacer mejores y mas grandes proyectos aquí en Hive.

Solo me queda agradecer a la plataforma, que si bien no alcancé este hito con el poder de mis post, fue uno de los proyectos que alberga lo que me permitió hoy lograr actualizar mi equipo, un hazaña que hace un par de años me parecía imposible.
