Hello everyone! A few days ago my old pc with Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q8400 stopped turning on because of the motherboard failure so I decided to get a new pc ( actually a second hand pc but it's new for me). I had a limited budget ( 60 bucks at most ) and in my country compared to Us destkop prices are at least 50% more expensive and it's really hard to find a good deal. Since I don't play any games or do heavy computer task all I needed to find a pc which I can watch Youtube videos at 1080p and browse the web without any lags. The best pc deals you can find here are online marketplaces so I checked these marketplaces to see if there are any good deals and after looking at lots of pc listings finally found a good deal which meets with my needs. After doing a little bit research about the pc i contacted with the seller to learn if the pc is still available and asked if he can do a little discount. The guy was selling his pc for 60 bucks and we negotiated at 53 bucks and I went his office to check if all the functions of the pc works so after testing it I payed 53 bucks and brought it home.
What did I get for 53 bucks?
Well I got this mini Fit-PC4 used in good condition with minor scratches.
Why did I get mini pc instead of traditional one?
Well mini pcs offer a number of advantages over traditional desktop computers, such as portability, energy efficiency, and flexibility. They are perfect for users who need a powerful computer for everyday tasks, but don't want to take up a lot of space. Additionally, mini pcs are often more cost-effective than a full-sized desktop, making them a great option for those on a budget.
Here's the specs of my new mini pc:

So for 53 bucks I got fully working mini pc with quad core Apu from 2013, 8gb 1600mhz ddr3 crucial ram, 500gb seagate hdd, fast wifi, bluetooth, sd card slot, 6x 2.0, 2x 3.0 usb slots , 2x hdmi slot and many more. According to the manufacturer the original price of this pc was about 500 bucks when it released so it feels nice to own it for just 53 bucks.
Here's the benchmark result of this cpu:
This is how it looks from behind.
How about the thermals?
Because it's a fanless pc even the case is made from aluminum after long usage it can reach 80 celsius so I put an additional cooler radiator which I took from my old pc so it helped to keep it cool and in the future I'm planning to add a mini usb fan to keep it even cooler.
How much can I save on electricity per year compared to my old traditional pc?
I used energyusagecalculator.com to see how much I can save on electricity and here's the results:
First one is the electric usage of my old pc
And second one is my new mini pc
So with my new mini pc I will be saving ( this is estimated savings so results may differ) 22 bucks per year compared to my old one and because it's a fanless pc it's quiet and I don't feel any loss of performance for daily usage.
How about you guys which pc case size do you like most?
