If you don't have a brain, you can't play
I was craving for a good click and point, I had been looking at the list for a while but none managed to catch my attention until I met Machinarium, I liked it because the way it looks is incredibly scary. I've read absolutely nothing about the game, I haven't seen gameplay either, not even the game comes with rules haha. I just know that the click is my best friend. As far as my eyes can see, I'm in a junkyard of junk (they exist in real life, but they don't look like this.... do they? Well, I'm apparently a small robot, but I'm missing arms and legs, how the fuck do I get them? Simple, by clicking around.
I have a love/hate relationship with this kind of game, mainly because everything seems simple, the controls are absurdly easy, and the graphics in some games are very cute and simple, but how complex they can be is priceless. Almost the vast majority of point-and-click games are or are based on solving a lot of puzzles and riddles, we must be aware of everything, any detail, even if it seems something strange, be aware, ah, and most importantly, click until something happens, and if that was not the solution keep trying haha.
I can walk now, I was sitting and thinking, well, the robot rat wanted his stuffed animal, and I need my parts haha, so I started to think, I could stretch my body up and take the stuffed animal, that's what I did, so all good. Now I need my other arm, god why is life so hard XD.
What I figured was pretty clever on my part, we see a magnet and a wire lying there, I can't fall in the water (there's my arm), so we can make a kind of "fishing rod", we fish the arm and mission accomplished. And yes, just that was the solution, and the best thing is that I could swing to the other side, impossible better.
Then I was walking for a while (automatically haha) towards that junk castle, all good, but then a very tall guy appeared, hit my head, and left, now I don't know what the fuck to do.
Here is very interesting, that hook you see there is to call the "security guard", he will tell us that the passage is not allowed, so we must find a solution to pass, obviously down the bridge that we have in our noses, right? Well. The first step that occurred to me is that there is a post with a kind of stairs, I tried to climb them, and by clicking randomly I could realize that I can collect the steps that we are not using, just to climb up, what happens is that I do not see much sense to climb up, what is the reason?
The reason was to get the spotlight out, I guess by giving the spotlight to the jerk, I mean the security guard he will feel grateful and return the favor by letting us in. God, I feel like the smartest person in the world figuring this out hahaha. This game as far as I can see is very logic-based, and it makes sense, here when we get the light bulb we put it on our head and it gives us the option of a little clue, the clue pointed to the guard's blue cap, then looking at my surroundings I discovered that there are cones, with a shape very similar to the guard's, also if we remove them all I discovered blue paint, and the spotlight, now it's just a mix of everything and...
Viola! Now obviously he has to let us pass because we belong to the same group as him, I think?

Well, to no avail since in the middle of the bridge, my idiot character fell off haha, now we're here, I guess it's part of the main story because I didn't touch anything.
Doing this has taken me about 15 minutes, I saw that nothing was happening without moving that stick, it was too far to the right and so I didn't get there. Anyway, I had to shrink a lot and get to the bottom, there was a box with switches, those were in charge of moving that stick, after trying several combinations I could finally get to the right one, and well, now I have to get I guess that yellow thing that is hanging.
This is too long to explain, but see who will enter the entrance next to the next wagon?
I liked the game quite a lot, more than everything its graphic section is the one I love the most, I think it's super cute and at the same time scary. The graphic style reminds me of a cartoon that was shown on Cartoon Network, it's very famous in the USA, it's called MAD. The soundtrack of the game is beautiful, you hear nice melodies, then suddenly it changes to dark and very scary melodies. I like that they mix these two places, you can also hear sometimes a voice trying to whisper things, I don't understand what, but something good I doubt it is haha. I love its level in puzzles, I would say it can be for any kind of player, but you also have to be cunning and not lose your patience, just reason logically.

Si no tienes cerebro, no podrás jugar
Estaba antojado de un buen click and point, llevaba tiempo mirando la lista pero ninguno lograba llamar mi atención, hasta que conocí a Machinarium, me gustó porque el aspecto que tiene es increíblemente tenebroso. No he leído absolutamente nada sobre el juego, tampoco he visto gameplays, ni siquiera el juego viene con reglas haha. Solo sé que el click es mi mejor amigo. Por lo que pueden ver mis ojos, estoy en un basurero de chatarra (existen en la vida real, pero no se ven así... ¿o sí? Bueno, soy aparentemente un robot pequeño, pero me faltan brazos y piernas, como mierda los consigo? Sencillo, dando click por ahí.
Tengo una relación de amor/odio con este tipo de juegos, principalmente porque todo parece sencillo, los controles son absuradmente fáciles, los gráficos en algunos juegos son muy tiernos y simples, pero lo complejo que pueden llegar a ser no tiene precio. Casi la gran mayoría de point and click son o se basan de resolver bastantes puzzles y acertijos, debemos estar pendiente de todo, cualquier detalle, incluso si nos parece algo extraño, estar pendiente, ah, y lo más importante, clickar hasta que algo ocurra, y si esa no fué la solución seguir intentando haha.
Ya puedo caminar, estaba sentado y de tanto pensar, pues, la rata robot quería su peluche, y yo necesito mis partes haha, así que de una empecé a pensar, podía estirar mi cuerpo hacia arriba y coger el peluche, eso fue lo que hice, así que todo bien. Ahora necesito mi otro brazo, dios, porque la vida es tan difícil XD.
Lo que imaginé fue bastante astuto de mi parte, vemos un imán y uno cable tirados allí, yo no puedo caer en el agua (allí esta mi brazo), así que podemos hacer una especie de "caña de pescar", pescamos el brazo y misión cumplida. Y sí, justo eso era la solución, y lo mejor es que me pude balancear hacia el otro lado, mejor imposible.
Luego estuve caminando por un rato (automáticamente haha) hacia llegar a ese castillo de chatarra, todo bien, pero luego apareció un tipo muy alto, me golpeó la cabeza y se fue, ahora no sé que mierda hacer.
Aquí es muy interesante, ese gancho que ven ahí es para llamar al "guardia de seguridad", el nos dirá que no se permite el paso, así que debemos buscar una solución para pasar, obviamente bajando el puente que tenemos en nuestras narices, ¿verdad? Bueno. El primer paso que se me ocurrio es que allí hay un poste con una especie de escaleras, intenté escalarlas, y dando clicks al azar pude darme cuénta que puedo recolectar los escalones que no estemos usando, justo para subir hacia arriba, lo que pasa es que no le veo mucho sentido subir arriba, cuál será el motivo?
El motivo era sacar el foco, supongo que al darle el foco al imbécil, digo, al guardia de seguridad se sentirá agradecido y nos devolverá el favor dejándonos entrar. Dios, me siento la persona más inteligente de mundo al descifrar esto hahahaha. Este juego por lo que veo es muy basado en la lógica, y tiene sentido, aquí al conseguir el bombillo nos lo ponemos en la cabeza y nos da la opción de una pequeña pista, la pista señalaba el gorro azul del guardia, entonces viendo mis alrededores descubrí que hay conos, con una forma muy parecida al del guardia, también si los quitamos todos descubrí pintura azul, y el foco, ahora solo es una mezcla de todo y...
Vualá! Ahora obviamente nos tiene que dejar pasar porque pertenecemos al mismo grupo que el, creo...

Bueno, de nada sirvió ya que en la mitad del puente el idiota de mi personaje se cayó haha, ahora estamos aquí, supongo que es parte de la historia principal porque yo no he tocado nada.
Hacer esto me ha tomado alrededor de 15 minutos, vi que no pasaba nada sin mover ese palo, estaba demasiado a la derecha y así no llegaba. En fin, tuve que encogerme bastante y llegar hasta abajo que había una caja con interruptores, esos se encargaban de mover ese palo, luego de probar varias combinaciones por fin pude llegar hasta la correcta, y bueno, ahora tengo que conseguir supongo que esa cosa amarilla que esta colgando.
Esto que hice es muy extenso de explicar, pero vean quien entrará a la entrada junto al siguiente vagón?
El juego me ha gustado bastante, más que todo su apartado gráfico es el que más me encanta, me parece super lindo y a la vez tenebroso. El estilo gráfico que tiene me recuerda a una caricatura que pasaban en Cartoon Network, es muy famosa en USA, se llama MAD. La banda sonora del juego es preciosa, escuchas melodías bonitas, de repente cambia a melodías oscuras y muy de terror. Me gusta que mezclen estos dos sitios, también se puede escuchar a veces una voz intentando susurrar cosas, no entiendo qué, pero algo bueno dudo que sea haha. Me encanta su nivel en los puzzles, diría que puede ser para cualquier tipo de jugador, pero también debes ser astuto y no perder la paciencia, solo razonar de manera lógica.
Pronto les traeré más avances de Machinarium. Bye!
