Hello Hive, Today I want to share my progress in Crystal of Atlan, along with a special fight I've prepared against the Guardian Kernnos. It is a Divine-like, Electro Stag part of the Colossal woods area. I went to challenge him during the story, and it just kicked my butt! So, it was time to pay back.

I covered the whole story in a matter of one week. After that, I found myself at max level 60, but the character still needs some skill points to complete his skillset. My character has almost 30K combat power, two F2P pets given during the story and initial event, one Epic staff (golden background), and nearly all the circuits (gems) tied to my equipment at max level. So, it is fair to say that I have doubled my combat power, and I am quite ready to face Kernnos. Something important in this game is nullification, which means your capacity to endure certain bosses and challenges. It is used to give you access to such fights. With almost 4k nullification, I can access most content in the game.

Entering The Colossal Woods

Green all around, nature, and Ent-like creatures, this is my favorite area in Crystal of Atlan. Kernnos' challenge is located at the end of the Colossal Woods. In this game, farming materials is an active duty, with no auto-farming, so you have to explore maps and collect them. While in that, there are a lot of different creatures to defeat and earn some extra loot. As I mentioned, my favorites are those who resemble Ents (Lord of the Rings reference).

The guardian itself can be accessed through challenge mode or by visiting its lair. In challenge mode, its level is quite low, but in his lair, it has a challenge with increased difficulty. This is true for all bosses in the game. I am only allowed to reach difficulty two. IT consumes certain items that I am not sure how to obtain. I think it is through exploration and looting. The item is some kind of medal or insignia with the boss's image. '

Se puede acceder al guardián mediante el modo desafío o visitando su guarida. En el modo desafío, su nivel es bastante bajo, pero en su guarida, presenta un desafío con mayor dificultad. This Stag does all kinds of electro attacks. It shoots some yellow rays that target and pursue you wherever you are. He also does a stomp on the ground, which can be fatal if received up front. Aside from that, he moves around so much that many of my spells miss. So, it is important to wait until it has just recently moved to perform a combo.

This time, I redistributed all my skill points into my most powerful attacks, being the awakening spell being my strongest. The mage lips into the air, summons two balls (one electro and one Umbra apparently), and combines them into a galaxy explosion on the ground. It gives around 250K damage with my current build. Bosses have many HP bars; the higher the difficulty, the more bars are added. In this challenge, more, Kernnos passed from 34 to 68 HP bars. You have 10 minutes to defeat it.

Kernnos died in 5 minutes and gave good loot, including materials for the most powerful version of my staff. I'll keep accumulating those as much as I can, then it will be the turn of defensive stats. I feel quite accomplished for defeating this boss, and I look forward to more Boss fights in this game.
