Hello Hive, one of the biggest Gacha pleasures is obtaining the most amazing, powerful characters for your collection and enjoyment in battle. Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) has created an informal level among its characters and how well they can fight inside the hollow. The top-ranked ones are called Void Hunters, and so far, only one has existed. That was until ZZZ's first anniversary. Yixuan came as the second void hunter of this world, and she has proven to be a complete delight in all senses. She is amazingly strong, has unique features, and a powerful "lore" if you know what I mean. Let me show you my first Void Hunter.

Background and Lore
Yixuan is a mystic, master of the Yunkui Summit. She arrived there with her older sister, Yijiang, and both learned the arts and techniques of this faction. Through a tragic past, Yixuan thought of a new form of power, one different from previous masters of the Summit. Her Techniques and fighting style reflect martial arts combined with rituals and practices of Taoism. The most representative elements are the seals she uses while fighting to purge evil.

With her Arrival, the game introduced a new type of agent specialty called "rupture." These agents ignore defense, scale of different stats, and can deal massive damage based on a new stat called sheer force. Yixuan scales on HP. She was launched with a new disc set specific for rupture agents. I combined that with another disc set for critical damage that happens to be one of the previous void hunters, Miyabi. I manage to obtain almost 2.5k of sheer force through her HP and ATK scaling. My crit stats are also fairly good, and to those are added the bonuses from her equipment and support agents.

I had the opportunity to obtain one of her cinema pieces. This was because of my great luck pulling for her in the first 10 wishes. I had a lot of polychromes accumulated for her already, so I obtained her, her weapon, lost the pity with the other banner, and then pulled till soft pity again in her banner, but looking for the Pan Yin Hu (the new 4-star panda character).
With her first cinema, not only does she contribute with a follow-up attack every six seconds, but her energy charge increases, allowing Yixuan to perform more skills in a period of time. This is indeed quality of life for any Yixuan user, and a decent damage increase.

Now, Yixuan's fighting style is a combination of martial arts with Taoist seals. Her ultimate move uses thousands of seals to deal an absurd quantity of damage. Her special element, golden ether, makes it a bit hard to notice all the numbers appearing on screen while she fights. I see 50k, 80, 16k, 50k more, and 100k at the end of a regular burst. She is absolutely broken. None of my current characters does this level of damage to any enemy. There is definitely a power creep gap created with her arrival, and I suspect the 2.x version characters will follow in her footsteps.
Overall, Yixuan is an amazing character to have, an increase in overall power for any account, and a delight to observe while she seals evil away in combat. I am pleased to have her, while I save space in my heart for Miyabi, who will come in the next update. If you play ZZZ, let me know to add you as a friend!
