Dejar atrás tu hogar para construir uno nuevo en un lugar distante es todo un torbellino de emociones. No se trata solo de extrañar lo estrictamente humano, intangible e inabarcable; también pasa por extrañar lo material. Sí, y no hay nada de malo en ello, aunque a menudo tendamos a romantizar lo puramente emocional. ¿Extraño a mi familia y a mis seres queridos? Claro que sí. Pero también extraño las comodidades de mi casa, mi carro, el aire acondicionado que tanta falta me hace en este inclemente verano, mis “cositas”, y por supuesto que echaba de menos mi freidora de aire, la misma que les presenté con orgullo y emoción a principios del año pasado.
Una amiga me dijo: "antes de subir a los chamos al avión, asegúrate de llevarte tu AirFryer", jajaja. Claramente, eso no sucedió. Lo que sí ocurrió es que, en cuanto tuvimos la oportunidad, adquirimos una nueva, y hoy se las voy a presentar.
Se trata de un horno multifuncional de la marca Lazy Cook, la cual, hasta donde sé, es una marca española que ha sido recientemente introducida en el mercado. Ante las dudas, decidí confiar en las reseñas de otros compradores, la mayoría de las cuales eran muy positivas y con buenas calificaciones.
Este es un horno airfryer, por lo que su diseño difiere de las freidoras convencionales con cestas (como la que tenía). Es más un horno de convección provisto de un ventilador de gran potencia que hace circular el aire caliente a gran velocidad y en 360 grados en su interior, haciendo posible cocinar alimentos sin la necesidad de utilizar aceite. Además, como ya mencioné, es un multifuncional 9 en 1 con el que se puede: freír, hornear, asar, rostizar, tostar, etc., todo en un mismo aparato, así que tengo freidora de aire, horno, tostadora, asador e incluso microondas.
Para cumplir con todas estas funciones, muchas de las cuales vienen preestablecidas y están disponibles en el panel digital táctil, el horno incluye dos bandejas deshidratadoras, una bandeja de goteo, una pinza para asar y una cesta freidora. Estos accesorios son esenciales para aprovechar al máximo su capacidad de 10 litros.
