Para empezar un poco de mi historia estando en bachillerato, tenía mi PlayStation 1 estaba chipiado con 2 controles muchos juegos, pero sale una nueva consola una SEGA Dreamcast desde niño me gusto hacer cambios ventas, vendí mi PlayStation 1 mi madre me completo y compre esta consola nueva, puedo decir que los gráficos eran superiores, el catálogo de juego no era muy grande pero en simuladores estaban mis 2 juegos preferidos crazy taxi, House of the Dead, ellos fueron iconos de estas consolas, los controles eran fabulosos muy cómodos y como no olvidar la memoria card que tenía una mini pantalla y podíamos ver partidas guardadas jugar algunos mini juegos, esto fue un adelanto enorme para esa época.

Esta consola que adquirí, entra en el porcentaje de todas las Dreamcast que no le funcionan la unidad de CD buscando por internet y tutoriales por YouTube empiezo con mi reto. Jugar en ella, me pongo a desarmar en muy sencillos tiene 4 tornillos al inicio el destornillador no llegaba, tuve que buscar un destornillador más largo, encontrándolo me dispuse a desarmar a su antiguo dueño me comenta que agarraba CD, me dije a mismo tengo que calibrar la unidad ella tiene un tornillo que vamos moviendo de izquierda a derecha, en los tutoriales nos recomienda que utilicemos un Tester digital el que tenia se me daño y fue tanto la fiebre por jugar que empecé hacerlo sin esta herramienta asumí mi riesgo porque si movemos mucho el tornillo podemos quemar el lente, poco a poco moví el tornillo, esto fue en varios intentos en armar y desarmar no es nada fácil y debemos tener mucha paciencia si lo hacemos de esta forma, llego un punto que colocaba un cd de música y lo reproducía, en ese momento fue de mucha alegría el lector estaba bueno pero deficiente.

Seguí moviendo hasta llegar un punto que reproducía, un CD original que trajo la consola para navegar por internet, también tenía un juego de un gusano tipo TETRIS y compatible con Windows pero de la época, me pasaron varios juegos copias pero muchos de ellos no me agarraron, con un amigo como no tengo unidad quemadora de CD dije que quemara un CD de arranque para los juegos copias, de un lote de cd de 20 juegos solo 4 funcionaron, estoy disfrutando de ellos debo decirle que esta lectora está muy deficiente pierde la calibración debo hacer este proceso cada vez que prendo la consola o muevo de lugar en lugar, estoy consultando para dar con una solución muchos me han dicho que coloque un punto de silicón otros una cinta adhesiva, esto es el punto negativo de estas consolas con unidad de CD es por eso que quiero tanto a nintendo porque con las cintas no tenemos ese problema.
