Amigos de #geekzone, un gusto como siempre compartir con ustedes nuevamente, en esta oportunidad quiero contarles la experiencia de enseñarle a mi amiga @gelart, de usar su cuenta BINANCE, para cambiar sus Hive a nuestra moneda local.
Para comenzar a contarles esta historia, les quiero comentar qué mi amiga, tuvo una desafortunada experiencia hace mucho tiempo, cuando creo su cuenta, y quiso comprar unos dólares, ella apenas estaba empezando a conocer esta billetera, no tenía mucho conocimiento de su manejo, lamentablemente, esto la afecto, cuando intento comprar, la persona que se los estaba comprando, fue muy grosera con ella, creo que no tuvo paciencia, por su tardanza al pasarle el dinero, o que paso allí realmente, el punto es que la persona la insulto, y le dijo cosas sin sentido, le pidió que le devolviera el dinero; esto para mi amiga fue un trago muy amargo, de hecho, Binance le quito la verificación, y tuvo un dinero retenido allí, sin poderlo sacar.
Gracias a Dios, pudo resolver, recuperar su cuenta, obtener de nuevo su verificación, y ahora podrá usarlo sin problema, pero para la parte de Hive, ella contó conmigo para sacar su dinero, mientras solventaba su situación con su cuenta en Binance.
Ahora si, les echo el cuento de como fue el proceso para enseñarle y todo lo que pasamos para este cambio, y es que como bien saben, BINANCE pide mucha verificación, al momento de realizar una transacción, donde tienes que tener tu correo, teléfono o el autenticador activo, para obtener el código que te envía y asi confirmar la liberación del dinero.
Pues bien, yo comencé por explicarle primero como hacer el cambio de sus HBD a Hive a través del mercado interno de la wallet, seguidamente, nos fuimos a BINANCE, para obtener su dirección y memo, ya con esto, le mostré como debía colocarlo en la wallet, aclarándole por supuesto que la billetera de Binance solo acepta la moneda de Hive, por eso debe cambiarlos primero, ya luego allí lo cambia a otra moneda, en este caso a USDT.
Una vez hecho esto, teniendo sus Hive en la billetera de Binance, procedimos a cambiarlo a nuestra moneda local, a Bolívares; esto fue otro proceso, como les comente anteriormente, para hacer la transacción te envía un código, en este caso, mi amiga no tenía activo la parte del autenticador, a mí se me olvido esa parte, no le pregunte, y bueno, se nos pasó, asi que cuando ya la persona había pasado el dinero, nos tocaba liberar los dólares.
Al ver que no estaba activo, toco buscar la manera de hacerlo, yo hace mucho que no hacia esto, ni recordaba bien como fue que lo hice con mi cuenta, yo en ese entonces, lo hice por la página de Binance, desde mi computadora; en este caso estábamos por los teléfonos, porque de paso, mi buena amiga trabaja con dos, entonces en uno tenía la Keychain de Hive, y en el otro la aplicación de Binance, se podrán imaginar toda esa locura jajaja.
Yo con los nervios de la transacción me confundía, donde era que tenía cada aplicación, salía en uno, y entraba en otro, pasaban los minutos, les recuerdo que ya la persona había pasado el dinero, y estaba esperando que liberáramos los USDT, mi amigo recordó su antigua experiencia, por lo que me dijo, vamos a escribirle, decirle que tenemos problemas de conexión, para que sepa que estamos en ese proceso, y no se altere por esperar, como ven la respuesta que nos dio, muy comprensivo.😄
En fin, luego de indagar, ver como hacía, tuve que instalar una aplicación desde la página de Binance, del autenticador, copiar el código, porque no podía escanear, y fue allí que luego de todo este largo proceso, pudimos por fin liberar el dinero, le dije a mi amiga, mi alma volvió a mi cuerpo.😂
La verdad fue un aprendizaje para ambas, debemos estar pendiente de tener todo eso activo, al momento de realizar este tipo de transacción, asi que como recomendación, para los que estén iniciando a usar esta billetera, activen todos esos requisitos que le piden, para evitarse complicaciones.
Ya al tener esto, lo demás es más fácil, yo gracias a Dios no he tenido problemas al usar dicha billetera, todas mis transacciones las he podido realizar sin ninguna complicación, aunque ahora que recuerdo, el mayor problema que he tenido a veces, si ha sido la conexión, pero bueno, eso ya es otra cosa.

To begin to tell you this story, I want to tell you that my friend, had an unfortunate experience a long time ago, when she created her account, and wanted to buy some dollars, she was just starting to know this wallet, she did not have much knowledge of its management, unfortunately, This affected her, when she tried to buy, the person who was buying them, was very rude to her, I think he had no patience, because of her delay in passing the money, or what really happened there, the point is that the person insulted her, and told her nonsense, he asked her to give him back the money; This was a very bitter pill for my friend to swallow, in fact, Binance took away her verification, and she had money withheld there, without being able to get it out.
Thank God, she was able to solve it, recover her account, get her verification back, and now she will be able to use it without any problem, but for the Hive part, she counted on me to get her money out, while she solved her situation with her Binance account.
Now I will tell you the story of how was the process to teach her and everything we went through for this change, and as you know, BINANCE asks for a lot of verification, at the time of making a transaction, where you have to have your email, phone or the authenticator active, to get the code that sends you and thus confirm the release of the money.
Well, I started by first explaining him how to exchange his HBD to Hive through the internal market of the wallet, then, we went to BINANCE, to get his address and memo, and with this, I showed him how he should put it in the wallet, clarifying of course that the Binance wallet only accepts the Hive currency, so he must change them first, and then there he changes it to another currency, in this case to USDT.
Once this was done, having your Hive in the Binance wallet, we proceeded to change it to our local currency, to Bolivars; this was another process, as I mentioned before, to make the transaction you are sent a code, in this case, my friend did not have the authenticator part active, I forgot that part, I did not ask her, and well, we missed it, so when the person had already passed the money, it was our turn to release the dollars.
Seeing that it was not active, I had to find a way to do it, I had not done this for a long time, and I did not remember how I did it with my account, I did it through the Binance page, from my computer; in this case we were on the phones, because by the way, my good friend works with two, so in one I had the Hive Keychain, and in the other the Binance application, you can imagine all that madness hahaha.
I with the nerves of the transaction I was confused, where was that I had each application, I went out in one, and entered in another, minutes passed, I remind you that the person had already passed the money, and was waiting for us to release the USDT, my friend remembered his old experience, so he told me, let's write him, tell him that we have connection problems, so he knows that we are in that process, and not get upset by waiting, as you see the answer he gave us, very understanding. 😄
Anyway, after inquiring, seeing how I did, I had to install an application from the Binance page, from the authenticator, copy the code, because I could not scan, and it was there that after all this long process, we could finally release the money, I told my friend, my soul came back to my body. 😂
The truth was a learning experience for both of us, we must be aware of having all that active, when making this type of transaction, so as a recommendation, for those who are starting to use this wallet, activate all those requirements that are asked, to avoid complications.
Once you have this, the rest is easier, I thank God I have had no problems using this wallet, all my transactions have been done without any complications, although now that I remember, the biggest problem I have had sometimes, if it has been the connection, but well, that's another thing.
