Antes de hablarles de esta App deben saber que yo no sé nada de cyber seguridad, y aunque ya llevo 2 años usándola y no me ha pasado nada, para tí que sí te proteges mucho tal vez no sea tan de tu agrado, pero igual vengo a contarles mi experiencia con ella, el por qué me vi obligada a usarla y la recomiendo...
Seré clara, antes de que me regañen, les aclaro que mis números están en muchas páginas de internet, mi trabajo me obliga a dar no solo mi un número profesional, sino que muchísimas veces termino dando el privado también, porque, bueno… emergencias, ya saben 🥲, así que ¿Qué tanto tenía que perder?
Lo que sí tenía era mucho por ganar, podía saber quién me llamaba, saber si quería o no atender esa llamada, y bloquearlas. Era un momento donde en el país se presentaban muchas estafas por llamadas y por mensajes telefónicos, así que estaba un poco ¡harta de la situación! 😓 En algún lugar leí sobre esta App (no recuerdo a este punto donde) y la bajé en una línea telefónica nueva para ver qué tan invasiva podría ser y si podía usarla en mi línea privada.
Esta App te permite identificar quien te llama o te manda mensajes así no los tengas registrados en tu teléfono ¡una maravilla! para una persona como yo, que debe muchas veces atender llamadas telefónicas de personas, pero no quiere hacerlo si no las conoce y, además, recibe ¡Muchas! Llamadas diarias 😓.
La realidad es que no entiendo a la gente y la falta de respeto a la privacidad, comprendo que mi teléfono está disponible por mi profesión, pero lo pongo para usar por WhatsApp, si quieren pedirme una cita ¿Por qué no mandan un mensaje primero y preguntan si pueden hacer una llamada? ¡No! la gente prefiere llamar de una vez y preguntar en la llamada por la cita a mi número privado, aun cuando les pongo un número de teléfono específicamente para citas, no lo hacen por emergencias ¡No! This App allows you to identify who is calling you or sending you messages even if you don't have them registered in your phone, a marvel! for a person like me, who must many times answer phone calls from people, but doesn't want to do it if he doesn't know them and, in addition, receives MANY! En pocas palabras: llamarme a mí no te va a resolver mucho el problema amigo, hay que movilizarse de urgencia o llamar a los organismos de seguridad que sí pueden movilizarse rápidamente a donde estas y tienen una ambulancia con equipos para proporcionarte una ayuda adecuada, yo ni siquiera se manejar ¡o sea! 🥲.

Adivinen que salía en mi teléfono en la pantalla de inicio cuando recibí esa llamada: "Extorsión" así mismo como se los estoy diciendo y ¡no miento! lástima que no tengo una captura de eso porque fue hace 2 años, pero ¡se los juro que fue así!
Yo por supuesto en ese tiempo no quise atender al leer eso, se lo di a mi hermano que ya había tenido una experiencia de intento de extorción y habló como 2 minutos desde mi teléfono y solo cortó la llamada, la maravilla de esta App ¿saben cuál es? Te permite bloquear los contactos que son Spam incluso antes de recibir las llamadas, esa vez la bloqueo después, pero igual la bloqueo.
Un tiempo después me llegó otro intento de extorsión una "María", el venezolano que me lea debe saber de quienes hablo, te mandan mensajes por WhatsApp, o por textos y te dicen "hola soy María, este es mi nuevo número" por supuesto ¿Cuántas Marías existen en Latinoamérica? ¿Cuál es la probabilidad de que no conozcas a una amiga María? Otro beneficio de la App son los mensajes Spam ¡Dios mío! En los supermercados te piden tu número de teléfono para registrarte, al igual que la farmacia, en las tiendas de ropa, en las ventas de comida, en general en cualquier venta de lo que sea que amerite hacerte una facturación, o sea ¡todas! 😥 Entonces luego con ese número aprovechan y te mandan mensajes todos los días sobre ofertas o cualquier cantidad de cosas.
Me pasó con Farmatodo, ok yo amo Farmatodo, pero puedo revisar su página por Instagram o su página web oficial cuando quiera ¿Amigos de Farmatodo, de verdad necesitas mandarme diariamente mensajes de ofertas, cosas de ese estilo y llenarme todo el buzón de entrada con 10 mensajes diarios? 😒 ¡Es demasiado! me saturaban el teléfono; con esta App solo bloqueas el número como Spam y ¡listo! Adiós molestia con mensajes innecesarios.
