Cuando empezamos una tarea y desconocemos el tema podemos bloquearnos pero en este caso la persona que va adquirir el equipo es amigo de la familia y tiene sus conocimientos, al encender el equipo muestra una imagen que dice, THE MAX POWER OF CPU IS OVER 95… PREPARE TO SHUT DAWN…, yo para no quedarme atrás y tener una pequeña opinión busque rápidamente por internet. Donde la información es escasa sobre este tema y la que pude encontrar estaba en un idioma que no es el materno que es el español que suelo dominar.
Escuchando a los expertos yo un poco con cara de confundida, dicen que es extraño este error porque la tarjeta madre está dando imagen y si no fuera compatible con el procesador quedara la pantalla en negro, buscando la solución y chequeando la compatibilidad en la página oficial de la BIOSTAR dice que es compatible el problema es que esta placa madre es sencilla ella lo puede aceptar puede funcionar pero es a riesgo de la persona que tiene el equipo porque esta placa soporta un máximo de energía de 95W y el procesador puede llegar hasta 120W es un problema que tiene que asumir el cliente y se vende bajo su responsabilidad.

El cliente estando conforme se termina de hacer las siguientes pruebas al equipo trajo su disco duro solido utilizo 2 programas para chequear las temperaturas del equipo y otro para realizar pruebas de fatiga que es sacando el mayor rendimiento, arrojando consigo excelentes temperaturas, otra cosas que se prueba son los USB que todos estén funcionando bien utilizando un mouse se iba probando cada puerto y perfecto, por último el sonido puso unas películas para probar aproveche de quitarle algunas películas y series jejeje esta experiencia es nueva pero cuando el cliente se fue sentí satisfacción porque por un lado aprendí y por otra adquirí mi comisión e venta. Hasta una nueva oportunidad espero seguir escribiendo estaba un poco apartada de HIVE.
