¿Cómo están? Espero que muy bien, este es mi primer post en esta comunidad, así que quise comenzar trayendo un Gameplay del primer Devil May Cry, este legendario juego de acción lo complete hace muchos años en PS2 y es de mis titulo favoritos de esa consola, cabe decir que la versión que jugare es la que viene incluida en Devil May Cry: HD Collection para PC (aunque este juego también está disponible para otras consolas modernas por si alguien se lo pregunta). Otro detalle importante es que para esta primer capítulo y los que publicare posteriormente, mi intención es enfocarme en los momentos más relevantes del juego para que todo sea más fluido y llevadero, con todo esto aclarado comencemos con el primer capítulo de mi aventura en Devil May Cry.

How are you? I hope very well, this is my first post in this community, so I wanted to start by bringing a series of gameplays of the first Devil May Cry, it is worth mentioning that I completed this legendary action game many years ago on PS2 and it is one of my favorite titles of that console, the version that I’m playing is the one included in Devil May Cry: HD Collection for PC (although this game is also available for modern consoles in case anyone is wondering). Another important detail is that my intention is to publish a series of post focused on the most relevants moments of the game, to make everything more fluid and bearable, with all that clarified let's begin with the first chapter of my Devil May Cry journey.
Tras una cinemática bastante intensa y cargada de acción en la que conocemos a la enigmática Trish, nuestra misión es evitar que un poderoso demonio conquiste el mundo.
After a fairly intense and action-packed cinematic in which we meet an enigmatic woman named Trish, our mission is to prevent a powerful demon from conquering the world.
Así que una vez al mando de nuestro querido amigo Dante, comencé a abrirme paso por la Isla Mallet, hasta llegar a la entrada del castillo de Dracula, perdón esto no es Castlevania pero se parece bastante 😆.
So from here on I take contol of our dear friend Dante and make my way through the entrance of Dracula's castle, Sorry I got confused for a moment, this is not Castlevania 😆.
Después de andar perdido durante unos minutos en la sala principal del castillo, me di cuenta de que tenía que recolectar 45 orbes rojas para poder abrir una puerta bloqueada (las orbes en este juego sirven para comprar habilidades y otros objetos).
After wandering around for a few minutes in the main room of the castle, I realized that I had to collect 45 red orbs to be able to open a locked door (orbs in this game are also useful to buy skills and other items by the way).
Había una extraña calma en todo el lugar, hasta que un grupo de marionetas en una de las habitaciones cobró vida de repente y se lanzó a atacarme, estaba bastante claro que no les gustaba la idea de que un extraño invadiera su hogar 😅. A pesar de contar por ahora con un arsenal y movimiento bastante limitados, no tuve muchos problemas para darles una paliza en su propio hogar a fuerza de espadazos y disparos 😄.
There was a strange calmness in the whole place till a group of puppets in one of the rooms suddenly came to life and rushed to attack me, it was pretty clear that they did not like the idea of a stranger invading their home 😅. Despite having a rather limited arsenal and moves, I didn't have much trouble to beat them in their own home with the help of my sword and guns 😄.
Seguí avanzado por los intrigantes entornos hasta encontrar al final de un largo pasillo, una puerta con una estatua bastante extraña, tenía la forma de una mujer y una espada clavada en el pecho, además había un escrito que hablaba sobre un ser llamado Alastor, he de decir que no tenía idea de que rayos significaba eso.
I continued advancing through these intriguing surroundings till I found at the end of a corridor, a door with a rather strange statue, it had the shape of a woman and a sword stuck in her chest, there was also a writing that spoke about a being called Alastor, I have to say that I had no idea what the hell that meant.

Entonces sucedió lo que menos podría imaginarme, la espada salió volando para clavarse en el pecho de Dante, luego de una breve cinemática apareció la pantalla de Game Over (No podría creer que había muerto de manera tan absurda sin siquiera haber guardado la partida).
Then what I could least imagine happened, the sword flew out and stuck in Dante's chest and after a brief cinematic the Game Over screen appeared (I couldn't believe that I had died in such an absurd way without even saving my progress).
Se la creyeron 🤣🤣🤣 en realidad obtuve una nueva arma, la espada eléctrica llamada Alastor.
I'm joking 🤣🤣🤣 in that place I actually got a new weapon, the electric sword called Alastor.
Continúe mi investigación por otras estancias hasta llegar a una especie de biblioteca abandonada, allí encontré una poderosa escopeta pero no solo eso, de unas extrañas pinturas colgadas en la pared salieron dos monstruos de apariencia similar a la muerte, estaban armados con tijeras enormes y parecía que querían contarme el cabello o algo por el estilo 😲.
I continued my investigation through other rooms until I reached a kind of abandoned library, there I found a powerful shotgun but not only that, from some strange paintings hanging on the wall came out two monsters similar in appearance to death, they were armed with huge scissors and it seemed that they wanted to count my hair or something like that 😲.
Obviamente me negué y con mi recién adquirida escopeta los fulmine con una buena dosis de disparos.
So I shot them with my newly acquired shotgun in their weak spots and they died quickly.
Tras aquel traumático evento, conseguí abrirme paso por otro camino hasta llegar a una sala bastante amplia donde se encantaba una especie de altar, allí desde el techo irrumpió una mal humorada bestia con forma de escorpión gigante que decidió retarme a un duelo.
After that traumatic event, I managed to make my way through another path until I reached a fairly large room with a kind of altar, then a bad-tempered beast in the shape of a giant scorpion burst from the ceiling and decided to challenge me in a duel.
Este ser infernal no se andaba con jueguitos, sus ataques se basaban en escupir devastadoras bolas de fuego desde su boca, además de intentar arremeter contra mí con sus patas delanteras cada vez que tuviese la oportunidad.
This infernal being did not joke around, its attacks were based on spitting devastating fireballs from its mouth, as well as trying to attack me with its front legs whenever it had the opportunity.
Afortunadamente me había equipado con la espada Alastor, así que aproveche para asestarle combos en la cara cada vez que el monstruo bajara la guardia, la ventaja de Alastor es que me permite utilizar la transformación demoniaca de Dante, para moverme más rápido y causar mayor daño.
Fortunately I have equipped myself with the Alastor sword, so I took advantage to hit it with combos in its face every time the monster let his guard down, the advantage of Alastor is that it allows me to use Dante's demonic transformation, to move faster and cause more damage.
De este modo fue cuestión de pocos minutos para que abatiera al engendro, desafortunadamente con las pocas fuerzas que le quedaban el desgraciado consiguió escapar por un camino subterráneo, así que algo me dice que nos volveremos a encontrar.
It was a matter of a few minutes for me to take down the monster, unfortunately with the little strength it had left the wretch managed to escape through an underground path and in that moment something in my mind tells me that we will meet again.

Bueno amigos ese fue el primer capítulo de mi Gameplay de Devil May Cry, espero que les haya gustado tanto como a mí cuando estaba creando el post, acá les dejo un video de mi gameplay con los momentos más importantes de esta primera parte, por cierto no tengo micrófono para grabar comentarios mientras juego, así que pido disculpas por eso xD.
